“Went in to visit an agent of the Geek Squad for my android phone. I thought it was malware attacking my phone but he informed us that it was a hacker trying to get us to buy extra protection or scare us into buying. Daniel with the Geek Squad showed us what it was and how to get rid of it. Very nice and professional. Thank you”

I came to them with a problem with my PC not starting up, and after trying to trouble shoot over the phone to save me some money and time, I was set up with a repair guy, a plan, and a timeline. He kept in contact the entire process from start to finish, gave me regular updates, and my PC (precious child) has come back to me working better than new. They keep high quality parts on hand to do repairs and everything is priced incredibly well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”
