A couple of weeks ago, I was next door at the tobacco store trying to buy some hand sanitizer, and they didn't have anything. A lovely woman said, "Come next door, I got something for you." So I did, and she hooked me up with some good hand sanitizer at a decent price, and she poured some scent in it for me also. Thank you .

Bad business practices. I don't recommend doing business anywhere that you can't get a refund, an exchange or even store credit if you are dissatisfied with a product.Selection is limited. Items are overpriced items, many are unmarked, so it's a mystery until you get to the counter.The staff seems OK but that's not enough to outweigh their policies and pricing.Take time and just drive to Indianapolis or Chicago and stock up.

I'm pro black so I always try to support black businesses I even over looked the over expensive items that I could have easily bought elsewhere.. its not a lot of black owned businesses out here especially beauty supply stores so they are trying to seize the market out here.. I get the picture... the owner even gave me a discount on a product I came to purchase for my aunts funeral a while back and that was generous of her... but where I draw the line is the attitude not from the owner but the employee.. if I'm asking a question about a product it's rude to cut me off saying "that's all we got" you don't know what I was going to say or ask! So at that point I don't even want to buy the item anymore and I still purchased the GLUE that I was going to buy along with the item I was inquiring about... from now on I'll be buying all of my things online ?

I worked here for about a month, In my orientation, I was told that there is "Communication issues". with there being Koreans and owned by Hispanics I understood that but was Okay with taking the job.It started well I was learning new things everyone was kind to me. Then one day a little girl and her father came up to me asking me for a product the women that was training me tried talking over me but I ended up showing them exactly where the product was. The little girl said weave but I knew she meant braiding crochet hair. I showed her and her father to both places and was Thanked by them. She (My coworker) was upset at me because I didn't let her show the customers where the product was and didn't allow them man to take time to show her a photo of it. I Stood my ground she got upset and since then it went into a downfall. She was ranting about it to customers because she was "bored" The owner and manager heard it and didn't say anything about it. After the manager wanted to explain that my attitude was bad and "Negative"When a flower doesn't bloom do you blame the flower or the environment? That I was late (Which I take accountability for I told him I didn't have transportation some days) He replied wasn't his problem. daily feeling ran over. Not feeling understood but trying to understand others & was on being called A dumbass and b**ch in Spanish like I couldn't understand by the owner(s) & their daughter. I kissed a lot of people's butts while working here. He says the younger generation is the problem when there are older people rude & stuck in their ways.

This store is very convenient . It has a variety of things that you can’t find anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable.

I love this store everybody giving it one star because of prices but it’s a beauty supply store they got to get money to keep the store and and for themselves i personally love this store and the ladies are always nice❤️

If I could give -50 stars I would. Let me start by saying that their customer service is horrible. If you call to get info, they hang up on you and I am assuming it's because of the language barrier. Then when I finally get someone on the phone, I ask if they had a certain product and they proceed to yell at the other workers throughout the store asking my question and when I asked about price, she told me that they don't give prices out over the phone. She lost a customer at that point and when I told her that, she said, "that's ok". Never patronizing that business again!

I came in here for my wife, the people working here were a little approachable and generally nice, they weren'tout of their way helpful or anything like that. Which is fine, I'm not expecting a five-star retail shopping experience from a small neighborhood Billy supply shop. But they didn't appear to be very knowledgeable about beauty supplies beyond the brands and items that they happen to carry. And when asked some questions and advice they weren't that helpful. But they were friendly enough. The selection wasn't great, but there were a few useful needed items. So I'm giving them three stars, not two. You might find what you need here, or maybe you won't, but it's probably at least worth coming in and checking it out first before going to Sally's.

I got a wig here the other day. I wish i found this place sooner. I wqs going somewhere else, paying like 30 bucks more for a lot less quality. The staff was super friendly, the vibe of the place is super welcoming, and their wigs options are quite divers. I live this place. Probably just gonna come here for now on.
