I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. They have a great mix of comics and games. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are at current market value. If you have a question about the listed price, all you have to do is ask. I’m lucky to have this family owned and run store so relatively close.

Read the reviews for this place and had a lot of hope. Travelled 40 mins to check it out only to find sky high prices. Every book is marked up over 200% even box books. They had an X-Men 22 jtc on the wall sells for $20 to $30 on eBay it's $120 in there shop. Common 90s comics are marked $5 plus each just unreasonable prices. Maybe the cards prices are better. I looked thru several box and had to leave because of sticker shock. Just wanted comic people to have a real review to go off of before making a trip to this shop. I was greeted by a nice lady when I walked in and have nothing against the shop besides the sky high prices.

Very nice selection of Pokémon cards at some of the best prices I've seen for local shops. Staff I interacted with were nice and helpful. Will definitely come back if I am ever in Lafayette again!

I love castle comics. I've been buying RPG materials and magic the gathering cards for years. They go out of their way to make sure it's mint quality at best when they have something to sell it's always the best quality possible

I love this place! They’ve made comic subscriptions so easy, and the customer service is unmatched. The owners are amazing and always go the extra mile to help out their subscribers. I moved here after Von’s stopped selling single issue comics and the whole experience has been incredible. Not to mention the great stock of back issues, games, and more that make for great browsing. This is definitely one of my favorite comic shops that I’ve had subscriptions to. They get to know you and your tastes and are always willing to help hunt down missed issues or variant covers. It’s clear they really care about their customers.
