“The people at this location did an outstanding job in getting me my rental. There was a glitch in the Matrix and my original reservation was cancelled. However the manager was able to move heaven and earth to get me a vehicle and on the road so I could make it to the airport on time. They were friendly, very competent, professional and made my day. I have rented there before but their resolution of my problem made me a loyal customer. Well Done!”
