Ziegler's handled the sale of my companies used car. Jose Garcia, his team leader, and the finance guy all were great. Made me aware of my packages and warranties I could buy but they were not pushy. Overall great experience, and I despise car dealers ?

I had to buy a car "now" when the one I liked was wrecked. Low inventory everywhere and used selling at nearly new prices. Zeigler worked with me patiently. Alex didn't push. The one guy tried to sell me extras but understood I was NOT happy to buy and stopped. Alyssa did the new owner education and when I finally left I had a car I could live with at a price insurance covered. Yep, 5☆ is honest.

I've been looking for the right Dodge Durango for my wife( one that she specifically wanted) and Ziegler just happened to have one. John (JP) was great from the beginning and helped us every step of the way buying the car and got down to my price point. We even drove 2 hours from where we live to get it. Thanks for all the help John and would buy from you again if we are car searching.

Very DISHONEST dealer. They always attract customers with good deal and trims and then say it's unavailable, leading customers to a more profitable car, and I have at least 3 friends shared the same experience with me. The dealer also gives HIGHER PRICE to international students. I feel racial offended during the process, since my quote price is 2000 higher than a quote I asked with a different local name, and they forced a 2000 fake add on to "reach" the lower price when I come with a price match. I heard Subaru dealers are more friendly than Toyota's but this dealership is definitely not the case. By the way, they don't accept online bank transactions, so you won't be able to pay if you can't find a bank branch in Lafayette, or you'll have to go to Indianapolis. Don't waste your time here!

I was very disappointed with the sales process. They withheld information until the very last moment. 1) when I made the offer, they didn't tell me that the car wasn't ready for sale - it required repairs, 2) as I was writing the check (after spending 3 hours in the dealership), they told me there is a $550 mandatory dealer option that I could not refuse, and 3) as I was a ready to drive off (the next weekend), they told me the car only had one. key. I feel like they took every opportunity to take advantage of me.

Tori in the parts department was amazing! I recently moved here and I needed to transfer all of my warranty’s over from my older dealership and she was so helpful and told me all of the things that I needed to get and all the numbers and how I can do it. She’s seriously amazing she’s the most sweet and caring person and was so quick to help and answer any of the questions I had and I had a lot. She helped me out so much! She was very helpful with all the things to know of what they did on my car and she explained everything amazingly! Thank you so much Tori for helping me out!

I recently purchased a 2023 Crosstrek. Audrey, my sales person was a pleasure to work with. She helped me find the vehicle that met my needs and wants. I returned six weeks later for the Love Encore program. Alyssa, my delivery specialist helped me understand features of vehicle. She was also a pleasure to work with.

This dealership is using the excess of switching ownership and its getting old.I can only speak on purchasing a used car from them and this is my experience with that. My husband contacted them through their website about a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Audrey was a wonderful person to deal with however she did make a couple of mistakes on paperwork when we were signing.Several things to remember when buying used from this dealer always check the keys out. We got 2 sets of keys but only one will allow us to drive the vehicle. Secondly always check every light on the used vehicle as we found out that the Jeep doesn't have working reverse lights (there was no bulbs) we installed the bulbs and the reverse lights stay on continuously. 3 when paying cash and your own financing make sure they mark your down payment on the sales ticket. This was a huge mistake on their part as they should know if a down-payment is made they need to reflect that in the sales paperwork. The we owe paperwork is a joke. We have been waiting for a week and half for the antenna adapter to come in via Amazon. Where did it come from China?!?!We will never buy a used car or new from this place again.

Jenny in the service department was absolutely outstanding in the way she handled our recent car repair. She kept us informed at every turn. I am 100% satisfied with this dealership. Love our Subaru Forester and now we are road worthy for our busy season. Impressed with the cleanliness and quality employees.

We were overbooked with another appointment. Understandable, not every appointment will make a purchase. But, after the test drive there was 45-60 min wait to meet with the sales person. Even after that, it was let me get this person, let me get that person. Bunch of run around. At the end of it we couldn't come to terms but that's ok.

My husband and I sent in an inquiry online and we were connected with Jordan Orr. We came in to view a car and test drive it. Throughout the whole process Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also had the experience of meeting her team lead Joe and finance manager Matt. Both were great to work with and overall we couldn’t have asked for a better turn out. They make you feel like family and we will definitely be back.

ETA: Now three weeks later, three messages in, and no calls back. If you're a Hoosier, seems to make the most sense to go to Chicago, Indy, or the NW IN dealerships, who my friends/colleagues vouch for not dropping you once you leave the lot.Original: Most dealerships are so up in your business that it is uncomfortable. This one was aggressively nonchalant and apathetic; I thought it might be refreshing and was laughing at first, but it was ultimately bizarre and a bummer. My salesman -- a good enough guy -- didn't know key technical answers about the car I purchased so we Googled stuff and learned together. He left my sale to tend to another potential buyer as I was purchasing it/delaying the process, which wasn't awesome. After the purchase, the dealer expected me to leave the lot with a near-empty tank, which I had to go to the mat for and negotiate from 1/4 of a tank to 1/2 a tank. And one of my key fobs didn't work, which they said I would need to fix myself without any apologies. I also couldn't get them to respond to me after I purchased it and the fob wouldn't work (again, opposite of the cheery texts you normally get from dealers (of which I'm not a giant fan but would prefer)). Those aren't mortal sins, but hanging over the place was a sense of, like, dread and unease. Multiple staff mentioned to me that things were weird at the dealership because they were changing owners, which isn't information I would share, but the thing is I don't know if they were saying that because things are going to get better or worse. I didn't ask for clarification. It made buying a car, which I really wanted to be a happy thing for me, kinda soulless and a drag.

Alex is an amazing salesperson. Alex provided extraordinary service in showing me models I was interested in. When I explained my purpose and goals for a vehicle, Alex was honest and guided me towards the vehicle with the most room. Alex is not pushy. My first ever experience with an honest, upfront salesperson. I am absolutely hooked on Subaru!! Would recommend everyone to have this beautiful experience at a Subaru dealer close to you, or come to Lafayette and see Alex Wilson!!! Best, most extraordinary salesperson ever!!!!

I walked in and had a wonderful sale person and had a great experience. We drove 1 hour for a car that so happened to just sold. We had joe who was the rudest person ever and laughed at me when talking a price. He then turned to my partner and said I’ll deal with her which prompt me to walk out right away.Do not shop here don’t waste your time, we went to the Honda dealer down the street and ended up getting a better car, go there.

This worked out great. I saw the vehicle on Autotrader and called them to see if they would hold it for me because I would be coming from out of state (Minnesota). Their prices were significantly better than dealers in my neighborhood. So I flew into Indianapolis and made my way to Lafayette when they opened up and was test driving the vehicle within minutes. It exceeded my expectations. Their team was great - they tended to some of my special requests. I was able to get a decent rate through Subaru / Chase financing. Then I hit the road back home. I’ve been extremely happy with the vehicle. I recommend their team.
