Easily the worst dealership experience I have ever had!! The GM is the worst, and knows nothing about their vehicles. All the salesman were more interested in their phones, and vaping in the parking lot. I will never be back.

The woman who sold me my car, didnt know the actual specs of the car. She told me two different things before they finally settled on the right answer. Then, i reached out to the GM, because he emails you a fake thank you note. I told him about my experience and never heard anything back. I definitely wont buy another subaru from this dealer again.
The car i bought is nice though.

Was is buying a vehicle out of state? Bobby stayed in contact with me and was very professional and understanding of my situation. Was able to set up a time to come out and look at the vehicle and bought it that night.

Very impressed with the nice folks at Zeigler Subaru. A gentleman greeted me before I even got in the building and asked if I needed assistance. My experience buying an Outback with Audrey was great. Since I drove over 3 hours to get the car, there was a lot of back and forth beforehand and she was wonderful. Highly recommend her and the dealership!
