Bought a 55 inch tv and setup install appointment but never showed up or called. Put aside a Saturday just for this.
Went day later and canceled everything.
Surprised with best buy because they're supposed to be professional.

This place used to be a fun place to take the family to buy a movie or 2 a game. Now there is no selection for anything!!!! I'm sorry but everyone I know still like getting physical copies of things. Bad move for this company which I believe will be there downfall if not changed. And to really sour my last experience even further I took my son into the store which we walked over from the mall instead of driving which we were shoping at before. My son wanted a collectable so I decided to buy it we purchased it then I asked the cashier for a bag so he could carry his toy she told me I had to pay for a bag you all should be ashamed at your business tactics!!! You all need to go back to the way you used to be when I'd be at your store once or twice a week as it stands now I'll never return!!!!

I had a $700 dishwasher delivered today. They where running a special for a free install kit worth $99. I didn't get the install kit when it was delivered. It would be a power cord and a water line. I asked the driver to take the dishwasher out of the box and he wouldn't take it out of the box. They spent under 10 minutes on the delivery and wouldn't give me my install kit or unbox the appliance. I've had several appliances delivered from Best buy and was always happy with the delivery. This is below minimum standards for a delivery.

lol this Best Buy is the biggest joke in the state. They have a terrible selection and can’t figure out the absolute basics of delivery and customer service. The manager even brags about how he used to be a sleazy car salesman. Sounds about right. Go south for Best Buy. Avoid at all costs.
