Had an 8:30 appointment for a routine FREE tire rotation. Arrived at about 8:15 and they got to it right away. Out by 8:40. All good.

Prices are insane. Nearly double the price of their competitors, and their tire brand selection is laughable. If you don’t want to upgrade, they go from “sales nice” to rude. Go elsewhere!

On a road trip I sustained a flat tire on 65 near Lafayette. I called, they located my tire (in stock) and told me they would be waiting for me. Got there 20 minutes later and they got me right in. Was only there for 15 minutes and they had me on the road. They were so kind in my stressful situation. I even made the flight I was trying to catch! Thank you!!!!

Always a good experience, I need some tires mounted and balanced and Cindy was able to make it happen on short notice with a full schedule. They worked it in and got it done quick!

Came here for an oil change because they are good with my car and quick but the guy at the front with the glasses roughly 140-150 pounds, spiked hair(not sure of his name so hints the description) says it’s gonna be a couple of hours. Cool, no problem. He was so rude thought, I said I’d wait and he looked like he didn’t want me . IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT! I’m sure someone else would love it and be much kinder.

When I got my oil changed elsewhere a couple days ago, the technician let me know that three valve stems were leaking air and that the caps had been screwed on incorrectly in ways that left him unable even to unscrew the caps. I called Belle Tire to ask if they could check them. They got me in today, identified the problem, replaced the three valve stems, and charged me nothing. I had never been there before. I'd plan to return there when I need tires if I wasn't moving out of the region within about a week.

I wanted to like this place more, but they were on the slow side. However, staff were friendly, and they are cheaper than their competitors.

The technicians will break your car, the salespeople lie to you, and the manager blows smoke and won't repair the damage done. 0 stars. Don't walk, RUN away from this Belle Tire location

Thanks for the reply, Jenn. Forgive me if I'm not feeling exactly trusting of Belle Tire corporate, but I emailed twice and each time simply got a phone call from Lonnie, the same store manager that's the problem. After the damage I had to find for myself and was not notified of during 2 visits to this store, I have 5mm of stud remaining and the manufacturer of the wheels installed sends paperwork with each new wheel that states clearly you must have stud engagement equal to the diameter of the fastener, or in my case 12mm. Lonnie continues to claim it's perfectly safe to drive when it absolutely is not. I refuse to take anything back to this store, and I further refuse to hear from Lonnie ever again. It is well beyond his capability to correct.

Don’t go here. I went in at 5:30pm today because there is a noise by the driver side. They did not even get to my car until 7:30pm. There was several people in there that were in there for hours and had appointments. The lady next to me had an appointment for an oil change at 5:45 and they did not get to her car until 7:15pm. I get that you are busy but be honest and say that you are fully book, I could of easily came back another day or made an appointment. Instead I sat there for two hours just so that worker could take my car on a ride and say there is nothing wrong. They said they lifted the car, they did not. My car never went inside, I watched. They said this because it was about to be 8pm, when they close. Just be honest.

Was in this morning for a new tire. Third time I have been in for work since April. The job was done well and for the most part went ok. This is the second time I noticed that nobody there could drive it! This time as I watched the second tech I walked out to my car to show him where reverse was. He was slamming it into gear then grinding them as he drove...I even hollered at him to stop! Went inside and the lady at the desk after hearing that just comments that it's an anti theft device like its a joke! I again reiterated my dissatisfaction with the way my car was handled when it was done, and she told me that they normally notate the account if it's a manual. I again reminded her that I had been there twice before in April, had the same problem then and it should already be notated. Didn't act concerned at all. Also had to ask for the 10 percent discount I had and they didn't give me.

All around good pricing on tires and decently quick but lake of awareness from there mechanics not to run over screws in their shop then make you pay not only for a new warranty but there labor also. I work in a shop I get upselling on different services brakes, rotors, so on but one thing I don’t agree with is if a customer is having his rear tires done there’s no reason to go searching for a crossarm up front to try and squeeze 550 out of them it’s unprofessional in multiple ways. Good place if just getting tires wouldn’t trust anything else also make sure you check every inch of your car before you leave the parking lot stay safe

Cynthia is phenomenal. She showed me the different options, and the techs ensured my car was safe. They even assisted by going above and beyond to ensure my wheels fit properly as I had aftermarket tires and they had quite a bit of play by the lug nuts! I have gone there for my last 3 sets of tires!
