05.01.24: Stopped into this location around 6:15pm after attending a professional event. I was looking for a reasonably priced adult beverage. Once I found what I was looking for, I proceeded to the check out lane. The store clerk had previously been helpful, but her entire attitude and demeanor changed when she rang up my beverage and the price in the system did not match the price that was posted for the item. I asked her about the difference and this clearly agitated her which was made known by some of the comments she began saying (i.e. "This is not Walmart", etc) and actions that were taken (i.e. She pulled all of the price tags for the entire row by the beverage I had in a very aggressive manner and made a smart comment saying something like "Now, there will be nothing posted". MORAL OF THE STORY: 1) PLEASE HAVE THE POSTED PRICES MATCH THE SYSTEM PRICES. 2) PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CASHIERS TO BE PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR TONE AND DELIVERY WHEN A CUSTOMER INQUIRES ABOUT SAID PRICING. 3) THIS APPEARS TO BE AN ONGOING ISSUE BASED ON SOME OF THE COMMENTS BELOW DATING BACK TO OVER 2 YEARS AGO.

Went in the other day to get a pint of my favorite whiskey. It is $7.50 at Payless, $10.00 at Penguin if I don't want to drive to payless. But I stopped here because I was nearby. When the clerk told me $17.00 I about swallowed my tongue. Needless to say I drove to Penguin.

The people who work there are friendly and willing to help you. My problem is when you go in there to purchase something, and when that person rings you up, it is higher priced than what it said it was, and this isn't right. Whatever the price says, the customer should get it at that price. I found out that the guy owns these stores, and he owns a lot of them, and they keep raising prices each week. One guy that works there said he would update the prices, and he couldn't keep up on it because the prices would change each week. This is bull and I'm not happy

Lots of beer selection and seems like a decent vodka, whisky, and bourbon. But prices are hard to find, especially with wine-none of the bottles have prices which is frustrating
