Well, it's been almost 9 months since we closed on our home. And when my realtor contacted Carrie Johnston, OH MY GOODNESS!!! She came and got the job done in a matter of literally minutes! We've waited to close on this home for nearly 3 months with another lender( which SUCKS by the way!!) But when Approved Mortgage stepped in and corrected their mistakes I'm sold out for this company!! If you're looking for a hard working company that wont give the run around and have you doing all the darn work by getting documents after documents, then I'll advice you to give this company a try!! They will get you in your dream home, especially CARRIE JOHNSTON

I would enthusiastically recommend Approved Mortgage to anyone. I especially appreciated their promptness and thoroughness. I tried to work with other lenders but they were slow to get back to me and, when they did get back, they were vague or unclear about the details. I also appreciated the software they used--very intuitive and easy to use.
