We were shown choices and offered temporary space heaters to borrow until the new furnace was installed. We have been very happy with our choice. The instillation went well especially considering the tight space they had to work with. They are a great group to work with and very professional.”

“I have an improved attitude towards Home Depot. For a long time I refused to shop here due to a bad experience. But lately I've returned as I feel that the selection for some things is better than Menards or Lowes. Because Menards is close to home, I still go there more often. But I've been choosing Home Depot over Lowes. The staff at HD are very friendly and engaging, ready to help. I can't find anyone to ask at Lowe's, only a little better at Menards. I bought the stain and supplies for my new deck and pergola, and am very happy with the results. I like the selection of Milwaukee cordless tools. It is the only place to go to get a custom cabinet/countertop project done.”

“I recently purchased a DeWalt drill combo set that came with a “free” router, the order was split into two shipments and the router was delivered to the wrong location. I spent over two hours between Home Depot’s 800 number cust service and Chase (my cc) trying to get a resolution. Then I tried my local store where the router was shipped from. The manager listened to my situation and did his due diligence investigating and concluded that it was indeed the fault of the 3rd party delivery service. NOT ONLY did the manager respond to me personally and promptly but he drove a new router directly to my house, himself, within the hour. That was so far above and beyond the resolution I expected. I’ll be shopping my local Home Depot often; it’s the local people that shine ✨”

It seems as though the company fails to prioritize training and development for their staff, resulting in a subpar customer experience.Despite the disappointing experience with the staff, I must commend the store's layout and wide selection of products. Best Buy offers an extensive range of electronics, and their prices are generally competitive.
