Absolutely terrible what has happened to a company that I purchased propane from for 35 years. They eliminated all local customer service. Now from the accents it sounds like the call center is based in Asia. This company's propane is way more expensive than other suppliers. If you want to deal with a local company that has reasonable pricing call Ceres Solutions.

Terrible service and out rageously expensive. Feel like they really ripped me off this past winter by charging me 3X's the market rate ($4.69 a gallon) because I didnt know better as a brand new customer. Also, ran out of propane after only 6 weeks and it took them 10 days in middle of winter to deliver gas and only after I hounded them. Now trying to charge me 190.00 for tank rental when most companies do not charge for this.

Gives you a deal on your first tank fill, then overcharges the heck out of you after that. They're overcharging $1+ per gallon compared to any other propane company I called within 60 miles of Lafayette. All customer service went overseas, so practice up on your foreign accent deciphering skills and prepare for a very lengthy phone call to accomplish anything. They closed the local office so you must speak with someone very hard to understand. Hidden fees are their specialty as well as terrible customer service. Worst Company Ever.

4 grandchildren single parent family gas shut off. Paid in full and this company filled tank AT DOUBLE THE PRICE. REALLY?????,How can a single mother afford this????1800.00 for fill up. Over double the price per gallon.Bad business practices and absolutely not family or Christian oriented.l

DO NOT use this company. We requested a delivery on 12/20/22 when we had 100 gallons left. That should’ve been enough to get us through the delivery range (12/21-12/27). When we got back from Christmas travels on 12/27 they still had not delivered our gas or even called to deliver. We’ve called four times since then with no action being taken. They don’t have a local number to call and redirect you to a third-party service agent every time. It is now 1/10/23 (THREE WEEKS AFTER THE DELIVERY ORDER WAS PLACED) and they still have not called. You cannot make edits online to an order to cancel, you can’t even talk to a local representative, and when I called to cancel our order and close our account they would not let me close our account even though we own our tank.Also- We called another service provider to deliver 200 gallons on 12/28 to get us through until AmeriGas eventually delivered (which they never did), and the other local provider answered on the first ring and sent someone that afternoon.

The service this company give in the past few years is the worst possible level of service.They are horrible.The call center drops calls, if you are able to talk to someone.Years ago I found America's to be the best, and service really started to stink about 3 years ago...so don't blame COVID.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We bought our house in May 2021. We have enrolled into their convenience pay, and were notified that they would have technicians come to our property to check our tanks level etc. We were notified that in June 2021 and August 2021. Today, we woke up this morning around 4 a.m and did not have heat. We thought it was an issue with our furnace. No, it was because Amerigas, had not filled our tank even though it said our tank was at 52%. We then learned through their company that no one has even serviced our property since before 2020. Yes 2020. SO, while we thought all was good, Amerigas was getting paid for the services we requested and we were not receiving any actually services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION!

I would like to give them 0 stars. We have been out of propane for days and paid for it to be expedited. They told us they would be here Wed. It is Friday now. I have called and been told multiple times they would be out. Yesterday the rep guaranteed us that they put in an emergency order and someone would be out within an hr. Still sitting here waiting and talking to another rep who can't transfer me to the local office. They have went to call centers so I can't even get anyone in the states at this point.

Been out of gas and PREPAID three days ago. Calling every day and they have LIED saying they will pass a message to the district...then on the third day they want to try and get me to pay another 300 to expedite an emergency delivery when the delivery date is between the 17 and March 2. No heat, no hot water, freezing conditions and 4 children in the home. This company couldn’t care less.

800 number call centers with no local presence. On hold for 1 hour and 4p minutes just to hang up. Drive to their local office for it to look like a ghost town and jo one here.
