I stopped here with an intent to buy a cheaper wedge sole boot but the super friendly staff sold me on Thorogood’s. I was slightly concerned about a stiff spot in the boot and if it would “break in”. They installed some sort of expander tool in the boot and sprayed it with a solution. Put the boots back on and my concern was gone. I’ve been wearing them a couple of days now and I’m so happy the staff got me in them. Good old fashion customer service and advise!

Do Not Get Work Boots From Here! They will scam you. Woodruff gives employees boot vouchers and unfortunately these people will tell you "We can order those for you" and then you will never hear back from them. They keep your voucher when you order the boots, then never order them but turn them in to Woodruff to get paid. It has been 8 weeks. I have called, and called. They give an attitude about how the plant it "shut down" or some other excuse. They have told me every time, they will be here this week, they never are. I will take this to the attorney general and BBB. I just don't want other people to fall for this.

Are you looking for a hometown, red carpet experience? This is the place. Linda was attentive and most helpful with everything from seeing if work boots were available in certain styles to finding shoelaces that I needed! And SO many shoes (men's, women's and children's) to choose from. Go there once and you will make it your go-to footwear store for feet that are on the go!
