Called and spoke with Allen. Explain I just bought a car and was having some issues with a sound while driving, no lights on. Not sure. He told me to come in and he would take it for a drive. Made an apt for the next day. When I went in He plugged me up to a machine and no codes ran, he told me there was nothing wrong with it and sent me on my way. Told me to wait until a light pop ups on the dash and then I can figure out what’s going on. Like what ?!? I wasted my time and hopes on this auto shop. I would not recommend. Made me feel like I was a bother and didn’t want to deal with meI would assume if someone is telling you the issue is while driving , you would take it for a test drive, right ?? Very disappointed.

Awful service, mostly never know what they are talking about. Fixed my spark plugs and days later my car won’t run. I know good mechanics are hard to come by but do not waste your money going to this trashy place…

They do not know what they are taking about. heardthey this from many people and still decided to check them out, this would end up being an awful idea. I got my spark plugs fixed and the next day my car won't turn on so I take it back and they say they can't anything wrong. I find it embarrassing and shocking for a mechanic to be unable to find the problem that they probably caused.
