My wireless WiFi speeds are slower than when I had Xfinity. If i am connected to an Ethernet cable it is very good. Wifi speeds are a less better than my previous provider.

The Internet service has been incredible so far, we’ve switched from Xfinity to Surf Internet and without a doubt we never had to even consider switching back once. It’s very reliable and we get the exact speed we pay for. We also found the eeros provided to us very easy to use. The installation went smoothly and we had service in a short amount of time. Kudos to Surf!

5 stars to Dominik and Josh. Incredibly polite and professional. Solved my issue, and did not stop problem solving until I was satisfied. Ended up testing a third device and walked through speed tests in the whole house to make sure it was worth adding to my bill. Would recommend to a friend.

Over a week no internet. My yard is a mess from where they tore it up. The cable is still laying in the yard. Installers said someone will be here to fix it in a day or two. Nope!!! Someone will be out in 3 to 4 days to bury the cable. Nope!!! I call and no one can even give me an update on when some might come out to fix it. My town went cheap and we are getting what we pay for. GARBAGE. Stay away from this company. 0 Stars if I could.

Very excited for this to come to Knox Indiana. I rated 5 stars because they are trying to bring us what we all want and need. They are out laying the line as I type this. Cannot wait to be a customer. And finally have a good true fiber high speed data line and not have all this bandwidth exhaustion that we currently have with the other providers. Mediacom and bright speed are about it in options and only mediacom is any good out here. About time we get some competition and infrastructure being built. So happy about this.

I’m not a customer yet and I had setup an appointment to have internet installed. I had to cancel and said I would call back to set a new appointment. Both reps I spoke to were very rude. Yikes… guess I won’t be taking the service is that’s what service they provide.

Had them for a year and very little issues. The other day out internet went out and after investigation I noticed the dog chewed the fiber line. Thought for sure I would have to pay to have it repaired. The guy on the phone said no charge and they are coming tomorrow to repair. Very grateful for them, and the service they provide. Thank you.

Love the customer service and the fiber cable. We changed from Comcast to Surf fiber in March of 2022 and have not regretted that decision in the least. Keep up the good work Surf.

Installation was clean and relatively fast. 30 dollars a month cheaper than Xfinity and speeds a little over what we got with our Xfinity 1 gig plan. No complaints so far

Surf has been the best internet. We have never had any outages, customer service is top notch, and we get the speed we pay for. We have the 1 gig and have multiple devices (gaming, tvs, phones etc.) all connected and have never had any issues with service.

I've only had their 1gig fiber plan for a week now but so far, everything has been great. Installer was fast, friendly, and professional and the line he ran was buried within a week without disturbing my yard too much. Download speeds are more than twice what I was getting from Comcast and upload speeds are around 30x faster while the bill is actually a few bucks cheaper. Very impressed so far with Surf, I'm glad the Valparaiso area finally has a superior alternative to Comcast for home internet.

We had a representative come to our house to tell us about surf coming to our area, saw our child in the house, told us that if our child was currently in school we would receive a discount. So we signed up. Install was great, the twch was polite and courteous. THEN we got the bill! No discount whatsoever, called customer service (whom sounded like they were in their basement with their children running around upstairs), after listening painfully to his heavy panting, he informed us that we were only to receive said discount if we were eligible for food stamps and school aide. Then he informed us that we wpuld have to drive to Granger to return the equipment. Yeah right, pay me the gas money. After speed tests were run and and price comparison to our current provider, we found absolutely no difference. We also have no service interruptions with our current provider and no need for multiple routers like surf said. And good luck getting ahold of customer service after 5pm

Amazing alternative for internet. Works perfectly, and installation was quick and clean. All aspects of communication with Surf was honest, friendly, and professional. Unbeatable price as well.

So far, the experience with Surf has been good. The installer was pleasant and did his job quickly, office staff was helpful in setting up the work. Internet is super fast, and we hope time will show it to be reliable.
