Very old Jewelry Store, converted house. Quite cramped seating, not much Jewelry in Store. Rather messy shop. No one at counter, waited about 10 minutes before someone came out from back room. Skipped over me and started a conversation with woman behind me about a watch being repaired. I almost walked out. Parking lot needed maintenance, wavy gravel, no parking lines. People just pulled up and parked willy-nilly. Not good experience. Wouldn't return.

I’ve had the most spectacular experience thanks to Shay Shannon, the store owner. She went above and beyond helping me choose the most elegant piece of jewelry for our 40th year anniversary which also fell on Mothers Day. My wife is absolutely pleased with her present. It sure meant more than you know to have Shay’s assistance with her professional skills . Thank you so much.

Seemed like a nice lady, the only issue is I brought my watch to get a couple links removed to get resized, was told she can't get it and she could oil it and wouldn't be able to get till Friday. Took it to AJ Schmitt and it took him two minutes to get it done. Selection was small of in-store items. Not impressed.

So far I have only dropped off items for repair. Very good customer service and answered my questions. And mentioned cost saving repair.They came very highly recommend by people in this area.

Aggressive Telephone Marketing. (or some other party is spoofing their phone number?) Don't they have a website? contact email address or DPO which could take care of such issues?

I took my engagement ring in to be sized on a Wednesday. Had it back on Saturday in perfect condition. Not only was it sized correctly, but it was cleaned and absolutely glowing when I picked it up. I could not be happier with the service I received.
