These guys are great. I bring in items that need special glass cut for them to make my broken glass and gem pictures. They always go out of their way to do exactly what I need. And if something needs adjusted they are always wiling to look at it and come up with a solution. I highly recommend them.

This shop works with the Auto Glass Guru. My windshield was not installed properly and started leaking 8 months after it was installed. They claim there was rust on the frame, but this was never mentioned to us. They also said because of this, they cannot honor the lifetime installation warranty against leaks. However, I was never informed about rust nor is there anything noted on my receipts indicating rust anywhere. It is especially surprising to hear since the vehicle is garage kept and had maybe 70,000 miles on it at the time. Now, my car leaks every time it rains, and this leak has also caused my upper interior light panel to short out. I had a body shop take a look at it and they said there is no rust so I'm not sure why Quality Glass would say there is. Neither Quality Glass nor Auto Glass Guru has held up their end of the agreement. I do not recommend either of these businesses.
