The staff a woman and a girl were fantastic, very welcoming and friend to me and my dog daisy Mae who is a handful as she is puppish, but they were great.
However the doctor didn't even greet say hi to me or my dog. This was my first visit to this establishment. I asked if she thought Daisy's nails should be trimmed she said basically nothing but the two women explained where the quick was and her nails were good.
The bedside manner of this doctor leaves a lot to be desired. I don't think she saidore than two words to me. You would think that since this was my first experience at your clinic she would have been a little friendlier and welcoming.
Won't Be Back, other staff was very nice.

Everyone here was so friendly, nice and accommodating-including the owners! I felt welcomed from the first phone call. They even helped entertain my very out going 4 year old daughter.
10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back here!

Absolutely love the doctors and staff at Pine Lakes. Unfortunately, we’re being charged approximately 1/3 more recently for medication and procedures than we previously had been. I suspect this has more to do with corporate demands versus the actual staff and vets. We’ll continue to maintain a relationship with them, as we love having them so close, but for routine visits we’ve established with a practice in the Gainesville area that is remarkably less expensive, especially for critical medications. Such a bummer. We finally found great care for our pets but it’s so unaffordable. I don’t know how people will manage multiple pets in this economy.

Thank you so much for caring about the animals! Today we lost our kitty at the end of the day and there’s no other place I’d feel comfortable with our babies! Thank you for being there for me and my baby in his last moments! I highly recommend and appreciate this clinic and it’s entire staff for their big hearts

Dr. Rudolph is a caring and helpful veterinarian. We have been looking for a vet that would take the time to get to know our dogs and care about more than their next visit. Staff was wonderful as well! Highly recommend!

This is the only place I’ll go for my animals! I’ve explored a couple other places and this is 100% the best place to go! They care for your animals and don’t charge you an enormous bill for little stuff. Always been gentle with my animals I have a pit bull and none of the staff has judged her or made assumptions about her which is greatly appreciated. 5 stars for sure!

I have been taking my dogs here for about 20 years. Andrea Rudolph has taken care of my dogs every time and they love her. I highly recommend her she is real good at what she does.
