Hours of operation would be helpful. I have waited a week for a callback and no word. I am finding another service.

When my kitten passed for reasons I don't feel like rehashing, I had to have him cremated. I called around all of Northern Indiana to find somewhere that would let me be there for the process, and get us in as soon as possible. Pet Prairie was kind enough to let us stay with our kitten while he was cremated, walking us through the entire process. My biggest fear going in was that I wouldn't get his remains back, in part due to reviews placed on various platforms and just me being paranoid. I can confirm that contrary to other reviews, I received my kitten and he is now home and at peace. I am so grateful for how supportive and understanding they were during this difficult time. In 15-20 years I know who I'm calling, and who I can trust to help my family through these tough times. We are so very grateful. Rest In Peace Lupin.

Horrible, they give you gravel instead of your pets remains! (and dont give me the bone excuse either cause bones ARE NOT ORANGE AND GREEN!) it's absolutely disgusting what some people will do for a quick buck! If you want your pets real ashes DON'T go here! If you want a small bag of cat litter that will cost you hundreds of dollars than this is your place!!!!!!
