Wouldn't read my card. Put $20 in and took my money with no problem. Wouldn't give me change and I still wasn't able to get it washed. Dirty car and lost $20. Never again.

My car was still very dirty after the $12 car wash this week. The green light flashed to drive out but there was still soap on the car. Terrible job!

Carwash left a nasty dingy film on my vehicle and it doesn't just wash off, it has to be buffed out. A waste of $12.00... I was going to use the vacuums after the wash, but when I got out and saw the wash quality, I didn't want to waste any more money here, because they probably don't have any suction!

Worst car wash experience ever, no signage stating where to stop the car, the red/green lights do not function as they should. The wash equipment dented and severely scratched the whole right side of my car. When Rick whose phone number is kept with the gas station worker did finally show up, all he did was to deny any fault with the car wash and instead blamed me ?

Will you sell this car wash to me so it can perform the way a car wash should? Pitiful management. Facility falling down, out dated by decades, no communication with ANYONE from the business. This is literally the only way to contact (maybe). Do not attempt to call the phone number on the card reading machine, it will call a carwash business in Michigan City that has no affiliation with Lighthouse Carwash. Disgrace. In fact, I shouldn't have to buy this business, you should pay ME to take it out of your hands.
