We have a unit here. The staff is always nice. We like that you can access is 24 hours per day. The location is good too.

The prices are reasonable , the owner is so respectful , customer service is outstanding , I wouldn’t choose any other self storage unit.

Well I had rented a storage unit a couple days ago and I go to go in at 11:00 at night and I'm denied access it says area closed which nowhere in its contract does it state that the storage unit will be locked at a certain time some people work later hours and need to be able to get into their storage unit so now I have no access to my stuff at this time which I am very pissed about because it states 24 hours

I have been a great renter paid my bill every month and sometimes early. I had my first bad experience on 3-25-24. I showed up to my until to find that it had been backed into the door was off track the side pillar with metal on it had been dented. I called in immediately and left a voice mail. Sandy's gave me a call back early 3-26-24 she was very polite but argumentive stating that our unit had always been damaged, then Sandy's tell me how My $1200 samsung TV and $400 recliner are damaged. Attached I have provided pictures of the damage. I do pay the insurance on this unit every month. I have never had or attempted to use the insurance up until this time. Sandy's states that she needs her supervisor to look at this because she doesn't think the damage is recent. I have multiple people who helped move our itmes into this unit back in October of 23 and which none remember this damage! You can even see from the pictures the damage is recent. Sandy is stating the the screws in the metal are to hold the previous said damage but after examining other units they all have similar screws holding on there green metal. Please review said photos. I hope to hear back soon. Otherwise I will take further action regarding my damaged items. I also included photos of the unit next time mine where you can see damage is visible and not fixed.

I just left here and had a great experience. The new manager was lovely and very helpful. The facility looked great, nice, and clean; and reasonable prices too, glad I came here for my storage needs!
