It really is disappointing I don't even won't to go or shop there anymore there workers aren't friendly at all most time there not at there check out registers.and there stuff is as high as Walmart if not higher on stuff it's was for sothe poor people not anymore for the rich.they have very bad bad workers there .so now if I need clothes I just have to save and go to Walmart and get it new and not use or tore up badly.its a joke anymore,I hope they go out of business for what the company is doing to poor people now at Goodwill pure greedy that's the word for them.

Save yourself the effort and go a block down to Walmart, where you can get the same items BRAND NEW and cheaper. Prices have gone out of control the past year of two, don't bother.

This place is ridiculous. So many overpriced items! Walmart t-shirts that sell for $5 brand new are $8 here. Dollar tree items are $3!!! Many items don't even have a price and when you try to ask or buy it you are met with disgust and attitude.Shopped here today and we were getting ready to check out. We have a couple of items that we changed our mind on and my wife took them to put them back on the shelf where they belonged. A man quickly went up to her to stop her and said that "We d9nt allow people to continue shopping after we are closed"...they closed at5pm it was 501...All she was doing was putting things back on the shelf.Maybe next time we'll just put them on the floor wherever we are.Horrible customer service, horibble prices.Shame

This place has a lot to improve on as far as management and “choosing employees with integrity”. This store has been know to poorly treat its management, and has not been able to keep a store manager for more than a year. Some managers show favoritism to the employees, leaving a lot of employees feeling insignificant if not upset at their treatment. The current store manager Julia has worked there approximately 4 months, I worked there for almost a year and in her time there she only said something to me twice. -then slandered on my name reporting that I didn’t give my availability and two weeks notice, despite handing them a written copy. There is constantly executed egotism and selfishness displayed by the store manager, who disregards and has a lack of appreciation for her employees that do the work while she’s in office.I WOULD NOT WORK HERE.As far as the shopping experience, the store will be rearranged every 60 days, don’t depend on consistency in their store layout OR on company policies. All the managers could tel you something different. Some wares and textiles that are put out, are genuinely not worth your dollar per the quality control. So just make sure if you’re grabbing treasure or trash. **it is possible to find goodies, just be wary of the quality of your items.

I drove to Goodwill on 8/20/23 to bring donations, but since they were still open for 35 minutes I went in to shop. As I'm looking, I hear a group of three younger girls off in the distance being very loud and obnoxious. I think to myself that these are probably just a bunch of girls in the store with their mom while she shops and are deciding to be extra goofy, it happens. I try to ignore it but as I'm shopping more I start to hear what seemed to be the instigator of the group (taller, blond girl) start telling customers walking in (without greeting them) very rudely that the store will be closing in [x] minutes. After hearing this I realize that they are actually employees and not customers. I continue shopping only to hear them giggling, continue being very obnoxious, rude to customers, and talking about their plans outside of work (by their conversation all across the store I heard who was driving and what plans they had). One of the employees shifts are about to end so she yells across the store that she is off tomorrow and leaves. I am looking at jeans and as I am about to try on the 2 pairs, the blond girl (who I found outs name is Riley) gets on the intercom and says very rudely that "The store is closing in 15 minutes and the dressing rooms are closed" she actually slams the phone down very loudly and quickly while her and the other employee with red hair start laughing about it. I put my other pair of pants back as I'm not allowed to use the dressing room now and start to finish up my shopping trip. A lady walks in and the blond girl snaps a look over and says "just so you know we ARE closing in 5 minutes". The lady replies that she only has a return and it will be quick. I finally turned and said "A hello would go a long way as I have not heard you say that once to a customer". She turns to me with a very drawn out/sarcastic voice and says- "I'm sorry!????" I reply that I have had a very unpleasant experience in the store and feel uncomfortable. They get silent and begin to snicker back and forth to each other as I'm getting my items rang out. I start to feel more uncomfortable as I'm greeted by very mean glares from the one with red hair. I tell the girl that staring at me is not helping the situation. At this point she shoots a direct dirty look over at me. I am at my limits on comfortability and as I turn to the cashier (who was very polite) and ask her where to manager is so that I can speak to her instead, she replies "Oh..she's right behind you.." I turn around only to see that she is just staring and smiling at me. As I'm telling the manager the situation while trying to pay the entire machine locks up. I'm sitting there for about 10 minutes before the manager tells me I am putting my chip in wrong and then walks over to "take over" the transaction for the employee only to find out that the computer was frozen and I was being honest. As she is ringing my items out on a different register, I voice my concerns to her and she starts validating the employees by saying "Maybe they were laughing about something else" "maybe it wasn't you". I let her know that they are very much so targeting me and as I am saying this they move to the other side of the store and start bursting out laughing. I turn to the manager and say they are now doing it directly in front of you. She says at this point that she "has been in the back and hasn't been up front to monitor her employees" but she sees what is going on now. I then asked for the corporate number, which she did not give to me. I am so shocked that I had this experience here that I honestly felt the need to let others know what type of employees they are hiring at this location and to please speak with a manager when you are treated unfairly. (I saw so many customers just dealing with it to deal with it) and it made me sad to see. Employees had zero customer service and made the entire store uncomfortable. I have been in th

As an autistic adult who has struggled to find a job that’s a good fit- many people recommended me to go to Goodwill because they’re known for working with those who have special needs.I was actually hired here, filled out new hire paperwork and all. At my interview- I was there for over an hour. A good chunk of which was because the manager was waiting for an employee to get there so she could send him to go buy her Mexican food. So that was incredibly annoying.I told them I needed a regular schedule- the same thing everyday because I need routine and without it I struggle to function properly. Without saying it exactly- I was basically told that I would have to work whatever schedule they told me. That I didn’t seem like I actually needed that enough for them to work with me. Which basically to me felt like she was saying I wasn’t retarded enough for them to fulfill my request about scheduling. Needless to say I never showed up to work there.Also, this goodwill charges WAYYYY too much money for the stuff they get for free. You can find brand new shirts at Walmart for cheaper than what you’ll get used ones here.
