Still great here (apple quality, donuts). But, they really should probably have some sensitivity training for staff members, considering how diverse the people who come here are. Wagon driver asked my black daughter what type of bananas she would be picking. I stared at him wondering if he was gonna land his racist comment and call her a monkey outright, but he kinda just trailed off at that point. So, we were able to continue with our life. But, wow.

The older white female employee with short hair and glasses was very rude and disrespectful to customers. She told us if we didn’t like it, we shouldn’t come back. This is something that should never be said when you are an employee of a company. I bought 9 boxes at $30 per box and was given 3 free boxes. We just needed to fill the boxes, but the older employee said the boxes were too full and charged us an extra $30. I was upset and said it was unfair because the group before us bought more than I did – 20 boxes – and they weren’t charged extra, even though their boxes were just as full. I told her it wasn’t fair, and she responded that if I didn’t like it, I didn’t need to come again. For sure my family, friends, and I, who visit every year, will definitely not be coming back.
I went to the restroom before leaving, and my mom said goodbye. But because I was upset, I told my mom not to talk to that employee. Then the employee rudely said, ‘Don’t ever come back.’ I have never seen an employee as rude as her. Maybe she’s related to the farm owner.
In summary, I don’t discourage anyone from going to this farm because the staff there are generally friendly and helpful. It’s just the older white female employee with short hair and glasses who you should avoid, unless she’s been fired for her attitude, maybe she’s related to the owner, which is why she’s so arrogant.”

This is my favorite orchard in the area. There's a upick with things like apples, berries, peppers, and pumpkins and a store with a ton of produce, local made goods, cider, delicious donuts, and more. It's a orchard where you can find everything you need without the overwhelming crowds.

Bought some pumpkins, mums, and snacks. Unfortunately, the young men working the registers tainted our experience. We showed up an hour before close to grab a few pumpkins and cider donuts, but employees made it clear we were an inconvenience, and they wanted to go home.
Maybe we will try again when it's not fall. The quality of the products was fine.

First time here. Came on a recommendation from good friends. Had our grandson, and it was a great experience all around. Very clean, plenty to pick and choose from. The store had lots of different things to get. Let's just say we spent a lot more than anticipated. Lol. Well worth the hour drive. We will be back next year.

I would like to make the owners aware that on multiple occasions my family has experienced very rude treatment from multiple employees. We love coming here and think you have great produce. But to have hostile treatment from an employee when simply asking a question or on another occasion having a snarky comment made about my 3 year old grabbing a piece of candy off a shelf (which was immediately returned) is rude and unprofessional. I hope to see more positive attitudes in the future.
