I went there in confidence that this would be a new place for me to go to. I had asked the lady, please give me someone really good with the hair cut I wanted. She talked fast saying" everyone's good" and walked away before I could explain the type of style I would wanted. She was a bit rude about it. (Everywhere I've gone won't do the hair style I wanted because they aren't confident or unsure on how I would look) this older lady cut my hair. We argued about the cut I wanted. She told me I would look hideous with the cut I wanted and that I had no idea what I was talking about. #1 that is soooo rude!! #2 I went to cosmetology school. I know enough to do my hair. But I've been so busy it takes me longer to do my own than to go get it done. So I'm looking for someone to do it for me once in awhile. She didn't give me the cut I wanted and was rude to me. However the lady next to her was talking with me most of the time. She was super nice, and very pstient with me. So I just left and I'm not going back. Not sure why I had such a bad experience there...

Would love to give a 0 star review but unfortunately can’t do that. Laura doesn’t know how to cut hair and honestly shouldn’t be cutting hair. Did a poor job and decided best option was to curl the hair to cover it up. Horrible HORRIBLE work on her part. These are the bangs Laura cut for me. Severely disappointed.
