“TV went out randomly on a Sunday. Fortunately, the TV was still under warranty and they contacted Kliss, who then contacted me about its repairs. I was fortunate enough to have the owner call me, asked me some questions, and then he ordered parts ahead of time so when he visited to see the TV he would be able to fix same day if his hunch on why it broke was correct. Which is exactly what happened. He contacted me on a Tuesday, showed up on a Thursday, and was able to fix it. I cannot vouch for price (warranty covered all repairs and labor) but i can say they are quick, efficient, know their stuff, and did not waste my time.”
