Worst pharmacy in town. The front store Assistant and General Manager are rude and unprofessional. The older woman who has been there forever... I feel sorry for her, she's always left to run everything and deal with customers. This company has gone down hill since it first opened. The people who used to work there had better manners, were nicer and more helpful than these employees now. Just shows that the work ethic of a decade has changed drastically. Horrible horrible company! Do better with your management CVS!

Went to use the drop box for old/expired meds and it was locked. Okay, fine, no biggie. I go to the counter and the pharmacy manager is the one who helped me (David), and so I was explaining the situation and he’s like, “yeah it’s locked because it’s full..” As of I was supposed to know it was full? There was no sign saying it was full. So then I proceed to ask if I was able to leave them with him at the counter and very rudely, he just says, “yeah, no… you’ll have to come back after the box gets picked up.” He was a rude dude for sure. I get it, people have bad days, especially during busy times. But this location is always busy, as they’re like 100ft from the hospital. Customer service is very crucial in healthcare, and his skills are below 0. Glad I use Walmart as my local pharmacy….unfortunately Walmart doesn’t have a drop box.

Fast and friendly service. Never had any issues here. They have self checkout lanes now. But they shut them down after 10pm.

Very very overpriced on most items. Self checkouts used to be open in the morning and now they aren’t, so you have to hope someone is at the register at 7am to ring you up and that process is slow in itself depending on which employee you get. Most employees seem to get sloppier every time I go in (except the young female worker) one of which has numerous visible stains on his shirt and practically lays down on the counter to scan your items. One thing this store has going for itself overall is that it’s usually kept clean.

I am astounded how young adults pharmacy workers spoke to me when I voiced a complaint. Rude. Unapologetic and Entitled. I'll order my meds online. I am calling Corporate. These young adults are unbelievable. No wonder Customer Service has gone down hill in this country

CASHIER / MANAGER DID NOT USE STORE COUPONS, DID NOT DISCOUNT MY MUTIPLE PURCHASES AS SHE SAID SHE WOULD. WILL HAVE TO BE VERRY CAREFULL WHEN CHECKING OUT IN THE FUTURE.
