We bought a home from this company and a realtor named Michelle Dickman. They was never seen until it was time to pick up their check. Their communication with our realtor was sparse and untimely. They seemed like they really didn’t know what They were doing. They listed the home without doing their due diligence with the community. Our house was supposed to come with a pier and then the lake association said the title wasn’t transferrable. We had to seek out the association ourselves and begged them to let us keep the pier. Luckily they agreed. But we should have never had to do that. Also we were supposed to get documentation and receipts for the work that was done with the electrical as well as everything else. We never got it. we also contacted the realtor to ask for the documents after the fact and they haven’t produced them. We are having problems with the electrical right now that should have been fixed. It’s a fire hazard and I fear for my family’s safety. We are now forced to find a lawyer to figure out why nothing was done about the electrical when it was supposed to be fixed. So I’m writing this to let everyone know our experience with this company, I highly do not recommend this company.
