We took it back to them and was quoted over 4000$ to fix the problem, but they still weren’t sure that’s what was wrong.So my wife took it to Harmons and they fixed it- for MUCH less- worked with the warranty company and got it covered for us too! And it’s been a few weeks and no check engine light has came back on. They were professional, knowledgeable, communicated with us daily about the progress, took their time to really find the issue, and super friendly. I will never go anywhere else. “I am an out of tower here for work, and had an issue with my electric steering. Because I’m from out of the area I was concerned with getting taken advantage of. Kurt greeted me, and not only was he genuinely nice but honest as well. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. In fact, he did the opposite. He told me that my problem can only be fixed by the dealer and told me that he couldn’t do anything to help . I appreciated him being upfront and honest. Even showed me the shortcut to the dealer. “Well besides the survey request being completely generic, “insert customers name” the experience was fantastic. Oil change took about 10 mins and they even vacuumed and cleaned the windows. Other stores I have been too just mark that as done on the receipt, but don’t actually perform that task. This store went above and beyond. Highly recommend, I will be coming back.”
