Kurt greeted me, and not only was he genuinely nice but honest as well. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. In fact, he did the opposite. He told me that my problem can only be fixed by the dealer and told me that he couldn’t do anything to help . I appreciated him being upfront and honest. Even showed me the shortcut to the dealer. “My first time using Apex. Unexpectedly discovered issues with brakes and stopped in on a Saturday morning. My truck was inspected in a short amount of time and was shown the issue plus another problem I was unaware of at the time. Opted to replace my front brakes and rotors and delay the other repair for another day. In under 2 hours I was back on the road. Saved my weekend.”
