“Crazy day… first they were the only shop willing to take off and press on new axle bearings for me, didnt know they only took cash, my jeep died, helped me start it so i can go to the atm, my jeep died again, buddy tried to help me jump start it again, didnt work, so he flat towed me back to the shop got me some sandpaper to clean up the battery and terminals and boom she started, didnt charge me any extra just helped a guy out who needed it the most”

“9/10 experienceEven though there was a waitlist Gerber did fantastic making sure I knew what was happening during each step of the process. Each time I called the employees were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They got my vehicle in as quickly as possible. When I got my car back and I was inspecting it I had to pull up photos of the damage because it was repaired so well that I had no idea where the previous damage ended. The only reason I rated them a 9 instead of a 10 is it would have been great if they offered a loaner vehicle in cases where the insurance coverage on a rental ends. I understand that there are many aspect that go into offering that but I do know some other repair centers that do offer this service. I will absolutely recommend Gerber Collision to others and will choose them again if the need ever arises again.Services: Painting”

Ashley did a great job at servicing our tires and she assured us our tires had a longer life left in them than we had expected. I’ve had no issues with my vehicle since it was serviced. “I recently experienced a serious coolant leak, and I brought my car to Keith for help. Even though his shop wasn’t the one to ultimately perform the repair, Keith went above and beyond to assist me.
He carefully inspected my vehicle, took the time to explain the issue in detail, and—most impressively—recommended a specialized repair shop that could better handle the problem. He didn’t have to help as much as he did, but he showed genuine kindness, professionalism, and patience throughout the entire process.
