Best vet I've ever taken my dog to. Highly recommend All Creature Features. They take great care of everyone and everything that walks in their doors, and they are also very reasonably priced in comparison to others in the area.

First time client. Saw Dr Mack based on the recommendation of Eternal K9 Training(also highly recommend)in New Carlisle. What a great vet! Really nice guy, very easy to talk to and genuinely seemed eager to help animals! He did a great job handling and diagnosing the issue with my German Sheperd. Dr. Mack really seemed to know his stuff, showed a lot of compassion for my dog and gave us some great advice. He didn't overcharge me for service and the price was fair. He didn't try to run up the bill with unnecessary charges. Checking in and out was easy. The girls up front were drama free and attitude free. The vet tech who saw us was courteous, polite and efficient. She listened to everything I told her and took the appropriate notes. The facility was clean and easy to get in and out. I would recommend Dr Mack and the clinic to anyone thinking about bringing their pets in.

There are not enough words to describe all creature features they go above and beyond they are not initially just for the money they really care about the animals

They are amazing! My Dog Diamond who needed immediate ACL (TPLO) Surgery was seen for consultation on Friday and had surgery immediately on Monday morning! It’s now 2 weeks since her surgery and she is happier than ever. She is walking on it with no problem. She is still healing wonderfully! She gets her stitches off tomorrow. She was putting all her weight on her other leg which she had a different type of surgery 1 year ago . Now she is doing great on both back legs!

The staff and drs are all extremely thorough, kind and well trained. We’ve been going there for years and I would not go anywhere else. They understand the importance of pets in our lives, and do all they can to make sure they take care of our four legged family members.

Incompetent. Expensive. Continuous up-selling.The receptionist told me aspirin was poisonous for dogs. A new vet I went to said no. Aspirin is poisonous to cats not dogs but you do have to watch and be careful with how the dog reacts. $65 for an office visit that provides no real examination. No temperature, no checking the teeth or ears. They were unable to clip my dogs nails yet the vet who ran the place before these people had no problems. And the new vet I've sought out, had no problems. I will drive my animals and hour away to this other, more knowledgeable vet before I ever go to creature features again. I would not recommend or refer anyone to take their animals to this place. For almost the exact same services, it's much cheaper and way better customer service elsewhere. The vet I've switched to...I cannot say enough good about! Creature Features is a rip off with a sub-par veterinarian and I went to them for years. Dr Dorroh was a fantastic doctor. These people...I can't say anything good about.

The doctors and technicians we’ve seen have all been great. Informative and very nice. We’ve had some poor experiences with the receptionists not being very friendly almost every time we’ve brought our dogs in, so that is the only reason I docked a star.

These guys are the best. Bella is a hyper dog and had to have knee surgery from a bad jump. She tore her CCL (ACL in humans) and had to have major surgery. The vet was very informative and truly cared about our dog. We drove all the way from St. Joe MI and would do it again.

Everyone was so friendly. I brought my kitten in for vaccinations, and they did an amazing job taking care of him. We were both very happy with our visit!

To Whom it may concern, On Sept 16. 2023 my wife and I had an appointment to take our 14 year old Beautiful Lab( Abby Gale Rose ) in to have her euthanized. She was struggling with here hips, having anxiety , and loosing here hearing. We held on knowing the outcome, but she was happy with us. We had an appointment for 8:15 am . Abby was a trooper, we helped her get up and when she knew with her leash she was going somewhere with us she did her best to go to our truck (I bought a ramp for Her). She climbed in with my help and went for a ride. Got to your Vets office and ask for a room because of her anxiety. You put us in a room for 25 minutes past our appointment. she stood at the door quivering as I held her and tried comforting her, she would with her nose push my arm away. That was not Abby. Then you finally came in and said you couldn't find a vein because of the lighting in the room. Put her on a stretcher and took her from the only comfort from us for 10 minutes before her end. Brought her back into the room with us and offered Chocolate kisses. Should have offered her a slice of Apple, Cherry Tomato, a Green Fresh Green Bean. ( Which I know you didn't know her) Our Abby. And then we put her to sleep. I will remember your callousness for Abby the rest of my life over everything she meant to us. My Wife and I are both in our late 60's and Abby was our child since our children are grown ,our Grand Children are grown and Abby was our Baby Girl. You made me feel that I let her down by leading her to her end and making it agonizing for her and us. I don't know if you will understand. But I hope you make it a better end of time experience for a family or person bringing there Pet Child in ,to not have them stress and suffer any longer. I hope you find more empathy towards others Animal Babies in the future. We struggled with this appointment to be there at 8:15 for 5 days. You may think I'm knit picking but after agonizing over doing something of this nature that needs to be done , the waiting hurts. All of this is just my personnel feelings. I also had to vent my disappointment to end our hurt and a love ones agony. Mark H.

We love the doctors here! They always explain what's going on with our pets in detail. And they have a great team of doctors that can handle everything from routine checkups to surgeries. They have helped us with 5 dogs over the past 10 years and the doctors and staff are very personable with our dogs-no mean doctors here! Also they usually have several solutions when our dogs have medical issues and start with the least invasive one first. It's always nice to have options.
