“We purchased a new 2024 Blazer in December 2023 had driven it for 2 months and had transmission issues, took it in and they got it back to us in a couple weeks. We drove it a few weeks and had another issue, took it back in and eventually they put a new transmission in and got it back and all is good. The staff was excellent and concerned about getting it repaired and returned to us, our experience was very good”

RJ was very honest while everyone was telling me my Blower Motor was out, come to find out that there were napkins that had slipped through my glove compartment touching on my blower making the sound,where everyone else was trying to charge me for a blower motor. “So I found C.A.R.S on accident. Accidently dialed his number, looking for another repair shop. He called me back. I told him what my issue was. We talked for a good 45 min about the issue. After telling him the issue he recommended doing other repairs while he had the engine out. I was skeptical about his busisness, being lack of a worthy shop, as in being a backyard mechanic. After a few days of contemplating, I told him "let's do it" I am in Fort Wayne and the vehicle needed towed to Marion. He added we can tow for X amount of money I agreed. He had the vehicle for about a week, and i stopped in and he walked me through everything he was doing. And was very detailed about the repair. I became friends with Corey at that moment, knowing I could trust this shop and him. I recommend C.A.R.S. and definitely would use him again!!! Very reasonable on price and he takes his time to make sure your vehicle is safe and put back correctly.”

“I found myself today in a situation while in Wabash from Fort Wayne for work. I needed a new battery for my car, and my current battery was completely dead! After locking my keys in my car and having to have my car towed to the shop, I was super frustrated and exhausted. I called the shop and was worried that because it was 2 PM that they would not have enough time to install a new battery since it was later in the afternoon, and they had already had a very busy day ahead of them. I was scared I would end up having to leave my car in Wabash overnight. On top of that, my warranty company needed the documentation from the shop by 3 PM to cover my warranty claim! By the time I actually arrived to the shop, it was 2:30 PM. The service technicians were amazing! They were very courteous and very prompt. They were able to turn in the documentation needed to my warranty company and have me out of the shop within 30 mins! They accommodated my situation and made sure to have me good to go as soon as possible! I am extremely impressed with how fast and mindful of my situation they were. I greatly appreciate all the help they gave! The owner was very polite and helpful as well! I wish there was places like this in Fort Wayne! Definitely recommend! Thank you to this team for going above and beyond to help me while stranded so far from home.”

“I took my 2010 Equinox in on Monday when my stabilitrak went out, they offered an appointment that following Wednesday and had me drop it off 8am. Noah was very quick that morning to let me know the bearing needed replaced and gave me a quote on the spot. I mentioned several other issues that weren't originally for this appointment and he offered to change my oil as well which had just come due. He willingly fixed them on the spot which was unexpected but incredibly appreciated. Everything was very reasonable and affordable and I was able to pick up my car the same day. Very impressed and will definitely be coming back! I appreciate this team and all they do!”

“Had several problems developed on my 2012 blue Town & country that needed fixed. Sometimes the starter wouldn't turn over, the air conditioning was spastic in keeping cold, the rear hatch would not close with the button. Snyder fix them all at a reasonable price. I will definitely go back to them for any future repairs. Job well done.”
