I ordered directly from FTD and this is the first time I've ever called back and demanded a refund on my arrangements. I also cancelled my gold membership. The first two pics are the arrangements & card I received & the last two pics are what I ordered. The flowers look like they are about to die and the quality looks like Walmart or Sam's clubs flowers. How are they still in a FTD partnership delivering flowers like this. I understand making substitutions but they aren't even the same size arrangements.

How is this place still in business? This place is disgusting inside, they rip people off big time, and who ever writes out the cards needs to step back and put down the pen. My mom ordered me a $117 ficus tree which she ordered online, and this online company unfortunately went through this miserable floral shop. What I received was a $50 house plant at best. Not even that. They didn’t deliver it on the requested delivery day either. I’m floored that this place gets enough positive business to stay open. If I could give negative stars, I would.

My mom ordered flowers through FTD and they went with this florist. The bouquet she bought was $80 with a $10 delivery charge. What was delivered was about $15 worth of flowers that lasted 3 days and came with a card that was almost illegible. The florist name was also missing from the card and the delivery vehicle (there was no attempt to hand the flowers to anyone who was home). I wish I would have known that this florist was going to be chosen because, based on similar previous reviews, I would have told her to avoid them.

I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday through 1800Flowers and she unfortunately received what looked like low end Walmart quality flowers thrown into a small vase that were half dead. The petals were falling off and she had to arrange the flowers herself upon delivery because they looked as if they were thrown into the vase with no care. The handwriting on the card was not legible. Upon reaching out to 1800 Flowers, they submitted a request to have a new bouquet delivered at no charge which I agreed to. My mother never received another bouquet. It is unfortunate that they get away with this because those who order through 1800 Flowers have no clue what florist the arrangements are going to come from. They trust there is a floral shop that is competent that will deliver something nice to their loved one. For those looking locally for something nice, take the trip to Valpo or Crown Point to a real florist.

I am so disappointed. I ordered some flowers from here online to be delivered to special person. He said he finally saw them on porch they been on porch all day. The card was hand written poorly. I called the lady she she delivered at 2 and knocked repeatedly no answer. Well I didn't get a call telling me . And my friend family didn't hear nothing. No apology or anything. Very sad

This is actually ZERO stars. My daughter in Florida ordered birthday flowers for me through "From You Flowers" who subcontracted to Stems and Such. They delivered on my step while I was gone all day in 15 degree weather. Was frozen solid. No name of flower shop on anything. Really, who does this stuff?? Next day I called a local flower shop to try to locate where they came from. When I mentioned the illegible card the y told me right then it was from Stems and Such and they couldn't believe they were still in business because they were so bad. My daughter was so embarrassed and I was mad they tried to pull a fast one on my daughter. I called and they said they'd bring me some replacements and I told them I didn't want them, wouldn't have them, and don't set foot on my property again. My daughter called "From You Flowers" to report this. They were apologetic and will send out the exact thing ordered with an apology. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I have to say, after reading some of these reviews I was a bit skeptical of orders flower from here. But I had ordered before and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and delivery was on time. So to say II was not disappointed is an understatement. The flowers are absolutely beautiful. Exactly what I asked for and then some. I am sure you won't be disappointed

I ordered the Blushing Sweetness for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I got the medium sized bouquet for $125 plus $10 delivery fee. It was delivered on time on their anniversary, and left at their front door when they did not answer right away. My mom said it was possibly the most beautiful bouquet she has ever gotten, and even my dad was impressed. I can see their reviews have not been overly positive on here, so I just wanted to say that we were very pleased with what we got for what we paid! I thought the $10 delivery fee was exceptionally reasonable and was surprised by that. The bouquet was not exactly like the picture I chose from on their website, but I realize sometimes they have to make substitutions based on what flowers they have in stock and the season. Regardless, very happy with what my parents received. Thank you!

These people should not be in business. Arrangement was a 3rd of what we paid for and the handwritten note actually was delightful since the whole family has been laughing about it all day.

My mom received flowers from sister ordered through 1800flowers for Mothers Day. They never even knocked on the door left them on top of a row of mailboxes in the apartment hallway! She is disabled and didn’t even know they were there a neighbor brought them in to her . The arrangement was nothing like the picture and dying the day she received it! She paid $70 plus delivery and fees for something not even close to that in value! It is shameful and disgraceful that they take such advantage of people ! When i called to speak with him he was extremely rude and refused to apologize told me I’d just have to complain to 1800flowers. They don’t even deserve one star !

I should’ve known when the shop sounded too busy to take my call that they would take a 40th birthday gift and butcher the handwriting and card and make an arrangement look like they swept up what was on the floor...nothing says happy 40th like making the recipient look like a ‘Disease!’And here’s what $75 gets you...

Want flowers that look like death? Look no further, you found it! Since this florist shop is contracted with 1800 Flowers be warned about the quality. After a failed delivery (marked delivered on the site), I should have known better than to proceed. The flowers arrived in a mason jar instead of a vase. The "floral arrangement" looked like they belonged as a prop on the Walking Dead. When calling the florist to see the mix up, I was greeted by extremely unwelcoming tone (maybe missed the morning coffe?) and a dog barking loudly in the background. Extremely unprofessional and blamed 1800 Flowers. RUN don't walk away from this unscrupulous "business" to avoid disappointment and headache. Great business to use for Halloween though!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Horrendous arrangement and presentation. I ordered from 1-800 Flowers. It was in my unfortunate luck that they contracted my order out to this place. They completely ruined my surprise gift to my parents. Please see pictures of what they should have received (or some comparable variation) and what they did receive. The cherry on top was the ineligible card they had their 4 year old employee write. I encourage consumers to decide for yourself if this was worth over $80. Disgusting and disappointing.
