Best care ever. My Shihpoo was so sick yesterday. Dr Howton was so thorough. Figured out what was wrong. Meds, shot, iv fluid, and my Romie is so much more himself. Dr Bob even called to check on him. Dr Bob and staff are the best. Kouts is so fortunate to have you!

The only place we really trust with our dog. They’ve been nothing but kind to us, the staff are friendly every time, and Dr. Bob is always very thorough.

This place is disgusting. It is not clean at all and smells horrible. I would steer clear of this place and literally go anywhere else. The lady in the front office (her name tag said manager) is rude and not friendly at all. I felt so bad for my dog and promised him that we will never be back.

Called to make an appointment for my dog. And the lady couldn't hear me for 3 seconds because of a truck in the background. And she instantly turned into mega Karen. She sounded so angry and got short with me. I don't appreciate talking to someone that gets so grumpy so fast. very unprofessional. And I'll be cancelling my appointment for sure. I'll let many people in town know of this so we cat take our pets elsewhere
