We hired Bob fugate to do our inspection on a house that we are in the middle of purchasing. He was on time, very professional, and even gave us some recommendations since we are first time home buyers. He was very detailed in his findings and had pictures to go along with everything he found. I would definitely hire this company again to do an inspection for me if needed in the future.

This man is the real deal I can not recommend him enough.IF YOUR LOOKING TO BUY A HOME AND NEED IT INSPECTED YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST CALL THIS MAN!! Very very professional extremely thorough and the price is amazing!You can’t go wrong with this man I can’t say enough good things… I have had him do 2 inspections so far and and will have him do any others I need. it’s been amazing to have such a good inspector that you trust to do thing correctly.

Prior to contacting Duneland Home Inspections, I spent quite a bit of time researching different options in the area, after much deliberation, I decided to hire Duneland Home Inspections to conduct our inspection. Bob was nothing but a top tier class act, he arrived at the scheduled time and immediately got to work, Bob was extremely thorough and provided an extremely in-depth report, only a few hours after the inspection was completed.
