This place is a joke. They are not accountable for themselves.. they don't even pretend to try and help or fix the problems I've been dealing with from equipment they installed.

if -5 was possible I'd rate them -5 had 3 appointments before the time to install and hundreds of dollars in parts orders getting the time organized with family to get the vehicle in was organized i also drive one hour and then get their at 8:50am for a 9am appointment an drop the car off three hours later I drive by in my car to check on my daughters car and it's still sitting out in the lot I go into check and they say we are not interested in doing the work we thought you were installing different items and never called me i was just waiting around town since i lived so far away really after a month on the phone setting up appointments with my money and time and now my daughters disappointment after long waiting and now the works not getting done they have the gull to speak to me like this "we're not interested in doing the work sorry sorry I just spent hundreds of dollars and time to drive here plus the attitude of the owner I heard him after walking away saying I got more important things to worry about than this !! negative five if possible avoid if at all possible herd other people who waited a long time after having appointments and others with their vehicles scratched those were concerns going again avoid them if at all possible is my recommendation -5 stars

ONCE again we're having a problem with the remote starter I bought May 20, 2021. Stopped working 3 or 4 times for various reasons. Upon every return, they manage to fix it, but it will stop working after a few weeks or months...My last visit, May of 2022, when I went back in, I explained the situation again, and I also said I was tired of going back after spending over $400.00.The owner "flipped out" got very defensive, blamed me for a "dirty remote" said "I don't make them here" I responded "you sold it to me". He marched inside with the remote talking the whole time, smart remarks mostly. While fixing it he picked arguments with me like "where's the other remote". "I don't have". "you did have". "it's doesn't work" "Moral of the story is, the product is faulty. Neither him or his staff will suggest how to fix it or offer any solution whatsoever. The remote is not dirty.I won't go back in there, so I will research a solution myself?♀️

Great friendly smart staff. Very professional, and also very expensive. We stayed inside the building and sat in the few chairs they had until our ride was ready. They fixed my aunts fob and gave her two really good fobs, but so expensive. You got to pay the price to have things done right though!! They should have more places for people to sit and wait though.

We are a dealer service that does GPS Tracking and high end Security Systems for over 2000 car dealerships nationwide. We had a client in the Kokomo, IN area with a new vehicle in need of one of our systems. I have to say, that from start to finish, the crew at Ztech made this process quick and painless. Great customer service with a professional attitude.Five stars for Asia, Steven and the crew at Ztech!

They get one star for actually completing the job they were hired to do. Rhino lining & undercoating/rustproofingRhino lining looks nice but these people are sloppy and could care less about your vehicle. Scratched my tailgate and marked up the right front fender on my brand new Jeep. Overspray all over it. It was really heavy on the left rear fender. Looked like they sprayed it outside in the wind. White oozing out of the bottom of the doors onto the door sills. Sticky mess.Then throw in that they parked it out by the construction on the road AND mowed around it. Truck was covered in dust and grass. Someone needs to teach their employees the proper way to deliver a customers vehicle. What a disappointing experience.

Took my truck in and asked to upgrade my sound system. Was quoted $330, so I had it done. Got my truck back and there was not a bit of difference in the sound. They basically swapped my factory speakers for the same speakers. When I told them about it I was told that in order to get better sound I would have to pay an additional $765 to get a new head unit. That's over $1000. If they would have told me that when I first brought my truck up, I obviously wouldn't have done it. But when I was told that I could upgrade my sound system for $330, that was do able. I didnt need my windows to rattle, just to upgrade the sound system a little. The sales men that originally quoted me the $330 and said that would upgrade my sound system obviously didn't know what he was doing. I thought I was taking my truck to professionals that would tell me what I needed, not just switch out brands of speakers that put off the same. Im the end I was told sorry the sales men told you that was all you needed and we took your $330. Very disappointed, will never go back, and would not recommend this place to no one.

It took 3 trips back to the store before they got it. First they forgot to plug in one side of my taillights and then I had over spray all over my tailgate and rear rims. Plus they never did put in the Rhino badge so people would know what it is. I guess they're not proud of their work. ?
