Hi Xfinity! If I’m a current paying customer and want to update my phone, why would you turn me away? I have a different internet provider, but I didn’t get to make that choice who I use; it was decided for me. I CHOSE to do business with you and have already been a customer with you, and you turned me away today. You’re making it easier for me to find somewhere else to spend my money!

The WORST ISP where ever you go. They do not want to address area connectivity issues, but will jack up the price for the same mediocre service. They DO NOT want to put money into their own infrastructure, and the consumer is paying the price.

My wife and I have been Xfinity customers for about twenty years. There are things about their company that make me angry, like the way the price gouge us for their services because they have a monopoly in our location. I have friends that live within a few miles of us that have the same services with Xfinity that we have and are charged far less because Xfinity doesn’t have a monopoly where they live. However, I want to commend the local people who work for Xfinity. We’ve had great interactions with the staff in our local Xfinity store as well as their technicians. We had a local young Xfinity tech named Derrick who came to our house recently to address some issues. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and kind. Bottom line: two stars for their company and five stars for their staff in Kokomo, with an overall rating of three.

I’ll be honest, if I had ANY other option in logansport that was actually Cable, I’d switch. I haven’t had a day in over two weeks where I haven’t had at least two thirty minute long outages.
2.6 stars for a reason. I set up appointments and they automatically cancel them CONSTANTLY forcing me to actually drive to the store in kokomo.

If I could give a negative rating they'd be -4. Mother in Law died and they wouldn't shut off her service without seeing the death certificate. I can change the water, electric, gas, security system and get the cell phone cancelled or changed to my account but i couldn't get them to drop their service unless i showed them the death certificate. Then they said we couldn't do it online but we'd have to go into the local store and show them the certificate in order to get it shut off. We get to the store and there's like 10 people waiting in line for help. Must I say more??? Like the dude who walked right in and got helped while we were waiting 20 minutes? Or the woman who walked in and got helped as well. Then they wondered why I was so angry. What a piece of work they are! Worst EVER!!!!

I'm a current Xfinity user for phone, home WiFi and data on an iPad.
I'm stating that Xfinity service is ZERO stars! I live in the middle of town in Peru Indiana and my phone signal bars only go up to 2 bars at the most ever since I've had this service but mostly stays at 1 signal bar, then goes down to NONE, the calls continue to drop or not even call out, the home WiFi cuts out multiple times a day and when I've called over and over repeatedly to get help from customer service for my phone service each representative runs through the SAME EXACT troubleshooting steps, but they've never successfully helped to get my signal bars higher and yes I've moved my WiFi box repeatedly and they've directed me to troubleshoot my home WiFi... But still it goes out multiple times daily! Xfinity is the worst service I've been with but their prices are lower so that's why I have these services, but I WILL soon be changes providers due to the incompetence of Xfinity failing repeatedly to help with these problems!

I couldn't find a place to write a review for the customer service not the store. Customer service is horrible they lie and tell you 10 different stories. Its outsourced to India and I got lied to over and over. I will write a longer review later but this company needs to get it together. The rules they have to stick by are stupid. They told me i could get my phone in the store cause they are sending the wrong one. Store says no you can't even exchange the phone here !? I thought this was Xfinity THE SAME PLACE I BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH FOR 2 DAYS!? DO NOT ORDER YOUR PHONE OVER THE PHONE OR INTERNET GO TO THE STORE !!!

I would have not given it any starts. However, I could not post unless I gave it something. Slow speeds, slow service, slow staff. I lost internet connection during the day while working from home. I restarted my modem to see if that would fix the problem. When it did not, I contacted Xfinity. The automated services would not let me speak to a live, breathing person. It just restarted my services wasting approximately 30 minutes to even attempt to correct the problem. Lost valuable time and had to reschedule important clients. Extremely unprofessional! I wish there was a different internet agency in my area.

Customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They are not helpful at all, we’ve had the WiFi go out 6 times in 9 months and each time it takes multiple days for them to come fix it. With our most recent experience we had a tech come out to fix the cable coming into the house off of our pole that was broken, laying in the ground, and he just lied in his report saying it was working and left so he could go home for the day. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever!
