DO NOT GO HERE!!! I brought in rolls of film to be developed from a vacation I had saved for and spent thousands on. I dropped the film off in late October 2023. I was told that I don't pay until I picked up the film and photos. I was also told that I would receive a call once they were in, which the employee who helped me said would take a few weeks. In early January I decided to go in. They had none of it. They then informed me that I wouldn't have gotten a call, they let customers know their order is ready by email. So a few days later I went back in because I found the emails. They still were unable to find my photos. I have been going back and forth with them for months. No one seems to know where my film/photos went. Two of the coaches, Kaya and Martha, basically told me that Walmart or Fuji losing my photos was my fault. I spoke with Jenny on 2/19. What Jenny told me directly contradicted what the previous employee told me. She said that they only hold the photos for 60 days, but when I asked to see where their policy says that, she told me to leave. The whole time I was having a conversation with Jenny about how to resolve this problem she would not answer any of my questions, treated me with disrespect, and was beyond rude. Kaya, Martha, and Jenny all offered me a $25 gift card. This was beyond insulting since I spent thousands on the vacation and over $60 on just the blank film. I even tried to call today to get a hold of the store manager Jessica, because Jenny told me to do that. The first employee told me that Jessica said I needed to call the corporate number or go to Walmart.com. I called back a few minutes later and multiple employees told me that now she was not in the building, that they couldn't transfer my call to her, and that they could not provide me with her email. I am still trying to either be compensated for my loss due to Walmart's negligence or find my priceless photos. AVOID THIS WALMART AT ALL COSTS!!

This is a standard Walmart; a large selection of items at reasonable prices. The facility is relatively well-maintained; and, as with most of the franchise, the staff range from helpful to indifferent. We shop here to save money. It would be great if there was also exceptional customer service included; but as with our wishing to be younger and thinner, we're not holding our breath. (To be fair, the greeters are usually friendly and welcoming....an advantage of hiring ole fartz like us.)

This pharmacy is terrible. Customer service is a joke. They actually told me that I would have to call another walmart to update insurance info, that they would not do it. I called and they said that they could not give out that info over the phone ( as expected). They called each other and I waited for 2 hours only to have them come back and say that they didn't even have the prescription. The 20 year old girl working the counter is seriously a legit mouth breather.

I shop here all the time plus use to work here. They don't really like helping out customers, and most of the time you see them on their phones. Today i saw a stocking cart full of Popsicles, no one by it, out in the heated deli area... my and my husband were in there for over an hour and it was there the whole time. At this point being an ex-worker there i was going to put it away... while I'm on the subject of stuff, if they think or if you even look suspicious to them like carrying a backpack around or something, sometimes they will follow you around (also happened today).

Shame on this corporation for refusing to service customers of a particular ethnicity. After placing online orders and given 2 hour delivery windows Walmart text to say that they were delayed "at least" 2 hours. This is the oldest discriminatory practice yet, accepting pay for services not rendered, put customers through a maze of overseas call centers to receive refund.

Normal Walmart customers. There was 4 workers at the door doing nothing... mean while the carts outside down row 8 were so filled it was starting to block the roadway. Average Walmart

i used to live in gary indiana, and this place was scarier than living there and hearing gun shots every night. I heard a mom screaming at her kids and her shorts said daddy in rainbow front on the a$$... Yes it's pride month but there's not pride this woman can have. I wish i got a photo to share with my family friends and the gay community LGBt back in Gary to show how low the standards are for white trash in kokomo

Only had one lane open for check unless you wanted to do scan n go. The item I wanted had to be found by staff as the were put in the wrong isle. long Wait times.

I can't say much. I stop going here. They just don't keep their grocery shelves stocked. Staff is friendly, but that's not enough to keep me coming back.

In person experience is generally pretty normal but they have terrible COVID regulations and like don't go out of their way to help :/ The reason for the 1 star rating: ordered the new Xbox online and they placed a hold on the $ for it in my bank account (which is usual!) however when they charged me after it shipped they never released the hold (therefore charging me double basically) and it was an absolutely awful experience trying to get it sorted out. They continuously told me they could see the hold that should've been released but that they couldn't figure out why and to give it time. Eventually they ended up talking to my bank and still have yet to get it figured out!!

Be careful if you do clicklist. Make sure you double check your order. We used the "add to existing order" button to add a couple of items and the whole order got doubled. I have done this before{add items} with no problems, but this last time for some reason there was a glitch. I wound up spending an extra $100+ on the order. I didn't notice until I got home and started unloading double of everything. I should have had the clicklist person go through every item, but I didn't since I had waited 35 minutes on my order and it had never happened before. I sent a review that night. Two days later I was told I needed to bring the extra items in to wait in line and get a refund. Some items{fruit...} they won't take back and I'm not bagging everything and waiting in line. Back to Kroger.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I have to stand in line forever. Then stand in line again for my reciept to be looked over. All them employees checking reciepts need to be at the checking people out then they'll know they paid for their items and won't have to check them.
