Highly recommend Walgreens Photo service. I've used them several times for photo enlargements, canvas prints, mugs, ornaments and ordering prints for pickup at other Walgreens for relatives.Never disappointed and always received exceptional quality items!

I was struggling with a respiratory issue last night. I was hurting for an over the counter inhaler. I had gone to two different CVS stores and both were out of stock. I arrived right at 9:00 as the manager and cashier were closing the doors. These young ladies very graciously let me in the store. When the manager could tell how badly I was struggling to breathe she went above and beyond and went to the shelf and brought the medication to me while I waited by the register!!! Kudos to these two awesome employees. I didn’t catch their names but whoever the two employees were that were working at your store at 9:00 on 3/12/23 deserve commendations at the very least!! You girls were literal life savers!!

Terrible customer service. I placed a SAME DAY photo pick up around 2pm today. I go to the store around 6pm for pick up only to be told the computer was down that it may be back up tomorrow. Completely unacceptable for then to not call and notify me of issues with a same day order. I called and spoke to manager Shannon who hung up on me the first time. I wouldn't mind if someone simply called and told me there were issues.

Whenever I call to speak with the pharmacist concerning my daughter's prescription he is always extremely helpful & polite even though I know that he is extremely busy & the pharmacy Technicians are also very nice and helpful. I see how hard they all work when I go into the store as well trying to get everyone helped. I just want to say THANK YOU & that I appreciate all of you!

Customer service in Photo needs addressed one employee is very very rude,, If she doesn't like her job maybe she shouldn't be there,, I love the store but if I can't get my pictures there then I won't be able to shop there..!!

Three employees and what I assume was a GM stood in the aisle talking while I was visibly searching for something in the same aisle. I literally had to walk around one employee too look on a shelf. Not a single employee offered to help or asked what I was looking for. I will take my business elsewhere.
