Most of the people there act like they've going out of their way to help you. And they act so disconnected, instead of listening and paying attention to the customer. They need to keep in mind that if it wasn't for customers, they wouldn't have a job. Very unprofessional in my opinion. ???

Very demanding ,he wanted my phone number before he would help me not my name just number. He offered no advice on any plans and acted like he was better then me.What if I had no phone. Never going there again.

I want to be clear in that Verizon as a whole is incompetent, not just this store. Their website was broken and kept redirecting me back and forth between two pages. I called the customer service number and just did the order with the representative, only they couldn't figure out what was wrong with their payment system so I had to use my credit card to make the purchase. All of that gets squared away and I'm told to go to this store to pick it up and they would call me when it was ready. Well that never happened I call the customer service number again only to be told to keep waiting for the call, mind you this has been several hours and it's 2 hours from the close of their business day. So I call the local office and am told everything is ready come on in. I show up and they tell me they didn't have the right color of the phone they've already sold me at this point. I tend to be pretty easy going so I say whatever just give me whatever color you do have. Then they cancel the order and tell me the order is still pending and I have to wait 24 hours to go through the whole process again from square one. I have a demanding job and that's why I was trying to get this done on the weekend. Due to everyone who was involved with this being inept I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely liked the sales staff Verizon.The gentleman that waited on us was young in age. He was knowledgeable, helped us save money, and gave us better service for the money paid by exploring all of the options available for what we needed. Very friendly and responsive to needs and requests.His attitude toward the company as a whole and the clients Verizon serves does Verizon justice!Perfect performance!

Very poor service. I can do everything this store does online. Waiting an hour to be told they couldn't help without "Transferring TO ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS" seems like a ploy to sell more phones. Good luck!

Took my mother in to upgrade her phone and the service was terrible. Elijah "helped" us and wouldn't even assist her in finding and/or putting the screen protector on or put it in the new case. My mother is in her 80's and knows about some of the technologies but switching from an android to an iPhone is difficult without help. When ringing up her accessories, he took her credit card to the back of the store and was offended when I went with him when he took the card out of our sight. I would never go back

If you have an issue with your phone, paying the bill or filing an insurance claim do not go to a "satallite" store. The personnel at Kokomo Verizon will work with you to resolve any issue you may have. Joey and his crew helped my son and I immensely with a situation we could not get resolved at a satellite store or by calling Verizon directly. The wait was well worth it!
