Just wish postal workers would take the mail and return it to the post office that doesn't belong to me. Instead they leave it and ignore it and it's late and the places that keeps sending it to be delivered is dumb. Please do better. Please take it and return to sender. It serves me no purpose to keep it.

I have certified mail come to my house, and instead of even trying to deliver it, they just prefill out a sorry we missed you letter and put that in my mailbox and run back to their mail truck. I don't usually have time to make it to the post office after work and the certified mail is very important. Their negligence and laziness is unacceptable! This has happened now 3 times to me this year

I don’t even know why my packages have to come through here to get to matthews but I hate it. Every single package comes through Kokomo and will sit for a bare minimum of 48 hours before moving 30 min to matthews for me to pick up. Currently waiting on a package right now that will not make it to me until Monday and it’s been sitting here since Thursday.

While this location usually only has one or two people working, they are pretty nice and helpful. Yes, sometimes they can’t help you with the weirdly specific thing you need or they don’t have whatever forms you need on hand, but they are still pleasant to talk to and do business with. I get it, the USPS in general can be very aggravating, but the particular employees at this location always have seemed to be friendly, even when I’ve witnessed other customers losing their cool because they weren’t happy with what they were being told. I’m grateful for this location. I used to live in a huge city and the people there were always rude.

I will not deal with the clerks at this post office. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They all act like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there. If I need to ship packages I use the self scan kiosk located in the lobby or I schedule a porch pick up just to avoid the nasty hateful attitudes of the employees. They all need to be retrained on how to deal with the public or find another job in which they don't have to deal with people.
