“I was a hot mess after a big truck backed up at a red light smashing my little car. The driver was so kind, reassuring, patient, even helping me get stuff out of my car and into my daughter's car. This helped calm my nerves so much! I later realized I didn't get my garage door opener and when I went to office (thinking my car was there) he explained it was at their yard but if I followed him he would be happy to take me to get it. Afterwards he said if I needed anything else if I called them ahead of time they would be happy to go retrieve it and have it at the office, saving me the drive clear out north. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”
