DIFFERENT KIND OF EXPERIENCE! Only way I can describe buying a car from Tony’s! Can’t thank Tony and Ethan enough. Looked at all the other reviews and traveled from out of town to make one of the best auto purchases I’ve ever made. I’ve had a few cars and different customer service experiences. Not only did Tony’s treated me like I was buying a $100,000 car with the service they extended me. But the condition, mileage, and service on the impala sold me! Can’t thank you guys enough. Not even the big dealerships I’ve got cars from could come close to you! Reviews are accurate if you’re wondering or questioning should you. Definitely wasn’t paid for this review either. Normally don’t give them but this kind of customer service is gonna stick with me for life! Thank you Tony and Ethan!

Tony has the best used car lot in central Indiana. Him and his team are very pleasant to work with and are very low pressure. Every vehicle he puts on his lot is a reliable and very fairly priced. I will continue to give Tony our business for years to come!

This was my 1st time buying a car from a lot, I was pretty nervous because you always hear horror stories about dealerships. My experience at Tony's Preowned was 10 out of 5 stars, quick, easy, no hidden fees, no aniexty or anything. Tony even called the next day to check on us, my husband mentioned to him that we started to hear a noise coming from the rear related to the brakes, Tony set us up with his mechanic and said he would cover it. The next day it was fixed. He didn't have to do that, but he did. If you're looking for a HONEST and fair place to buy a nice car, GO TO TONYS. The next time we need a vehicle, we will definitely be coming back.

First I want to thank Tony and his son for all they did to make a great buying experience. Tony’s is the place to buy a used car if you’re in the market. I live 1.5 hours away and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Tony and his son waited after normal business hours for us to look at the car. They also had the normal wear and tear things replaced, tires, brakes vehicle inspected and had any recalls scheduled and done before we picked up the car! Even after we drove it off the lot there was a minor issue and he worked with us and our schedule and had it taken care of. He also got the pre-approval financing done before hand and had the payment information ready. From start to even after the sale they were great! Thanks again!

We had a a GREAT experience at Tony's Pre Owned Auto Sales! Tony is very knowledgeable as he has been in the business for several years. He was very transparent and honest. The Acadia that we purchased was clean inside and out, in great condition with low miles, and new tires. Worked out a great deal with our trade in that fit perfect for the budget we had to work with. Tony went above and beyond to get us a great vehicle at a great price and to make sure that we were satisfied with everything about the deal. Tony will definitely have my future business, and my reccomendation to anyone I can tell that is in the market for a quality used vehicle. Thanks Tony!
