Everyone at Thrifty Brake Center is always very polite and courteous. They always do a great job and they are honest about whether or not you really need work done on your car. On multiple occasions, I've had my brakes checked only to have them tell me I don't need any work done. When I do need something fixed or replaced, they do an awesome job at a fair price. I won't go anywhere else to have my brakes worked on.

I was told by the Fiat Dealership in Indy that my car needed $1,300 worth of work done on my brakes. I took my car to Thrifty for a second opinion, and they said there was nothing wrong with my brakes at all, just regular wear and tear, and that they would probably last me another 50,000 miles. They didn’t even charge me for their time. Thank goodness there are still some honest, hard-working people in the world. They have my business for life!!Service: Brakes

I had air put in the tires at a tire store and was told I needed to purchase new lugnuts because the current ones were swelling.A set cost $ 80.00.I went to another auto repair shop and was told a lugnut set would cost $ 120 and labor could be $ 100.I went to an auto parts store and found out that a lugnut cost $ 5.70.Next I went to Thrifty Brake and found out I needed three lugnuts replaced.The owners of Thrifty Brake changed the lugnuts for free and I really appreciate what they did.In the end, the whole process cost me $ 17.87.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! This is a locally owner business that has been in business for about 40 yrs. I remember years ago my Dad thought he needed breaks so he when there to get them checked. Unbelievably they told him he didn't need breaks yet and told him he was good. Dad was so impressed that when I needed breaks I started using them. I feel totally comfortable using Thrifty Breaks because their service is honest, reliable, fast, and friendly. I should say their prices are reasonable also. Thank you Thrifty Break!!

They were extremely helpful and straight forward with what I was going to need. I went in there prepared to have to pay $500-$600 for a replacement of the brake pads in my car; however, he explained exactly what was wrong and where. He mentioned that the brake line was rusted (the car is a 97), but that I only needed to have the rear lines fixed. I ended up having the whole line replaced and it was still cheaper than what ai would have paid elsewhere!Service: Auto brake repair

Wonderful service!! I was in a time crunch and was able to have my car done within a desired time frame. They owner and his associates were very sweet and were great at explaining the problems with my car as well as spoke to me with respect instead of someone who knew nothing about cars.
