The new manager is really improving this car wash. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is nice to see employees smile while they are working. Many repairs and additions have been added since the new manager arrived! My kids love all the colorful lights and I love having a clean vehicle.

The Kokomo Take 5 Wash has improved in recent weeks! I hope the new manager stays because the car wash is getting the bugs off my car better than ever now and the cleaning supplies are well stocked again.

I was having issues with parts of my truck not getting washed as well as billing discrepancies. The new mgr was very helpful resolving all problems.

Looks so much better now with the new management!! no more trash on the ground.. the staff are so friendly and very helpful!! i’ll definitely be recommending Take 5 to everyone!!

This place is going down hill. Trash cans full, trash all over the ground, never have towels, vacuums don’t work. This place was very nice when opened. I should cancel my membership. Hope thing’s change.

The people r the best part. Very friendly. I got my membership when it first opened and I still have it ….but the quality of the car washes most DEFINATRLY went down since then…it was great when it first opened now it’s just so so i& it never even gets to my mirrors !!!!

2 years ago Kokomo Tribune announcement of this once fine establishment! I Visited was like wow! Fast forward last week. I arrive trash cans are overflowing trash blowing all over the parking lot. I have to go to three different stations before I can find a station that has a wand or a hose attachment. Walk up to cleaning station zero spray bottles available. I walk to office peak in nobody in office, completely cluttered. I Hit the manager up for some cleaners, or a worker they have on pajama bottoms. I tell them wand is missing, and hose is clogged at one station. He said yeah people are stealing them. I then point out the trash cans are overflowing. He proceeds to tell me that they change 10 of them last night. Now mind you it is 5:00 pm the next day. It's unfortunate not enough employees working or caring for this establishment. Was once a great place to clean your vehicle out.
