Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at T-Mobile Store in Kokomo, IndianaI am compelled to share my utterly disheartening experience with T-Mobile at the Kokomo store in Indiana, particularly with an employee named Adriana. Our attempt to restore our cellular service turned into a nightmare, and the level of unprofessionalism we encountered was beyond belief.On Thursday, February 1, 2024, we arrived at the store around 6 pm seeking assistance. From the outset, it was painfully evident that Adriana had no interest in helping us. She flatly stated that there was nothing she could do and callously suggested that we go home and contact T-Mobile.Upon following her advice and calling T-Mobile, we were informed that we needed to return to the store as we lacked a six-digit code. By the time we reached home and made the call, it was 6:56 pm, and the store closed at 7:00 pm. Attempting to be proactive, we phoned the store instead. To our dismay, the individual who answered the call referred to us as "the people you pissed off earlier" when we requested to speak with Adriana. This set the tone for the rest of our interactions.My son engaged in a conversation with Adriana, who not only refused assistance but accused him of being rude and declared she didn't have to help him. As someone with extensive sales experience, I must express that I have never encountered such negativity and rudeness in any professional setting.This entire episode has left me deeply disappointed in the service provided by the Kokomo T-Mobile store. The lack of professionalism, uncooperative attitude, and overall disrespect displayed by Adriana have tarnished our perception of T-Mobile as a service provider. I sincerely hope that T-Mobile addresses these issues promptly to prevent other customers from enduring such an unpleasant experience.

Update: Aarya D., a customer service representative for @t-mobile on X, turned our experience 360 degrees! She solved our issues and was extremely kind, professional and had a great attitude! Her goal was to change our negative experience with the T-mobile store in Kokomo, Indiana into a wonderful online encounter. She was able to accomplish this and we are once again T-Mobile customers! Adam at T mobile is always happy and ready to serve the customer!! Adam explained and showed me how to reset my phone if it does not ring or get any text messages!! Adam is always patient n goes above and beyond to get the job done!! I appreciate Adam n the T Mobile team

I love my cell phone service. But the bafoons in the store forced me into Go5G saying Magenta was phasing out. Lies!! I added my daughter to my plan. I was expecting my bill to jump from $89 to at least $160…when my bill came in for $214 I was fuming. Went to the store and they told me to call customer care. I will call customer care vs going to the actual store for anything here on out.

The guys working today really helped me out with my issue that couldn’t get resolved through the phone representatives. It was a great experience and I highly recommend T-Mobile and this store!
