No public restrooms. That is a MINIMUM expectation of a gas station, aside from gas. Looking at reviews, I’m expecting a canned “Sorry for the inconvenience” response from Shell but nothing will change.
Never going to a Shell again.

My husband, and I stopped by to get something to eat, and go to the bathroom. A man met us at the door, which opened the door for us I was thinking. What I thought. OH NO not at all!!! he asked if we were going to be going to the bathroom. I said yes we was, and we wanted to get something to eat from there. The man said that you can not come in!!! my husband who was using a walker, and was in pain. And takes a little longer for him. And myself, I'm use a cane. This is the first time, we have ever been turned away from a gas stations. Do I recommend this gas station. Absolutely not ‼️

I drive cross-country nearly year-round on business, and stop almost exclusively at Shell or Mobil due to their excellent Rewards programs. When I stop at a gas station, especially one on a route frequented by truckers, I expect them to have functioning restrooms. This Shell, in addition to being dimly lit, dirty and unwelcoming had the restrooms blocked off. Judging from the reviews, this is not an isolated incident and a case of the owner/manager just not wanting to deal with keeping them clean. Sorry, you decided to operate a gas station, friend. That's part of it.Anyhow, luckily I went in before pumping gas, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm driving a Chevy Suburban, so between the 26 gallons of gas and the snacks my fiancé and I went to the Mobil down the street to purchase, they missed out on a sale of around $100. I wonder how much their laziness costs them on a yearly basis?

No public bathroom. It's a gas station next to a farm, not downtown Indy. We were going to buy gas and snacks, but just turned around and left.

I usually only stop at Shell gas stations, but this one was one of the worst I've stopped at. No public restrooms, out of receipt paper at the pumps, dirty, etc.

Still no public restrooms, I read a review from almost a year ago, and Shell's response was to address it. Apparently, this is not a priority or is a permanent situation. Had I known this, I would have purchased gas elsewhere, and so I chose to purchase other items from a different station with restrooms.

Only gas station off the highway for 20 miles and didn’t have there multiple restrooms open to the public trash people people in this area stick to your locally owned stations not these people coming into rob us

I bought a delta device from there yesterday and it doesn't work. Straight out of the box. What a waste of 35 dollars, I'll never do it again.
