My granddaughter and her partner have been trying to contact this agent for several days with NO RESPONSE for an incident that occurred 2 years ago and has now cost them their ability to renew their driver's license. I would never trust this agent for anything. I would give a zero rating but I can't.

I wouldn’t bother getting insurance here. Had one small claim on a vehicle (800 dollars after my 2k deductible)and was sent a cancellation letter. Couldn’t be bothered to even call. Found better insurance for a better price anyways. I’m giving them 2 stars forcing me to shop around and saving money otherwise it would be only one.

0 Stars for the absolute worst treatment I’ve ever received. Wouldn’t recommend if you value account security, as they will add whatever people who stroll in off the street to your insurance- as long as they know your name! Wouldn’t recommend if you want your concerns and issues taken seriously- Scott himself called to laugh at me ??♀️ Their corporate office is excellent though. Maybe try another agent, like Scott Robinson told me to.
