My granddaughter and her partner have been trying to contact this agent for several days with NO RESPONSE for an incident that occurred 2 years ago and has now cost them their ability to renew their driver's license. I would never trust this agent for anything. I would give a zero rating but I can't.

I wouldn’t bother getting insurance here. Had one small claim on a vehicle (800 dollars after my 2k deductible)and was sent a cancellation letter. Couldn’t be bothered to even call. Found better insurance for a better price anyways. I’m giving them 2 stars forcing me to shop around and saving money otherwise it would...
