They closed down a branch and then when you go into Southway branch they only have one teller. There are 7 people in line. So far I have been here 30 minutes and 4 people have walked out. Time to find a new bank. Have one teller sitting there not helping customers at all.

Don't honor promotions, you're waiting a month for your debit or credit card and charge unreal high monthly fees. By far my worst banking experience so far. I hope this joke of an establishment goes out of business.

I don't trust pnc at all. They sneak out of town and leave customers without a branch

The associates are friendly & helpful even tho they seem to have new employees all the time. App leaves a lot to be desired compared to other banks. Only 1 branch in town creating extra long wait times if needed during peak hours.

The ATM’s at all locations are constantly down. I am only avail to make deposits through the ATM after hours, and it’s the only way to keep money in my account. They will charge you overdraft fees every single time you can’t make a deposit in time because their ATMs are down.

I've been a customer at this bank long before the name changed to PNC. I never make accusations I cannot back up. But today, I'm publicly stating that the wire transfer department of this bank blatantly discriminates against various countries and totally disregards their customer's request to complete a transaction regardless of internet. I made a statement that a PNC employee confirmed. I said, "If I were sending money to Europe, there would be no problem." The employee agreed. I then asked, "Since I want to send money to Africa, it gets denied instantly regardless if it's a scam or not?" (The employee agreed again.) The explanation I got was they do this to protect the customer. In my opinion, this is not protection, this is blatant discrimination!!! If customers are required to sit for 30 minutes to sign papers stating they understand that the location we want to send money to is high risk, that we personally know the recipient, and that we certify the transaction is not fraudulent activity... why then would it be justified to deny that transaction based solely on the country's history. Should it not be based on the customer's history and the customer's intent? Are banks now regulating what customers can or cannot do with our money (money they didn't even lend)?

Went in to open an account and asked for an officer and the teller looked at me like I was from another planet. Someone came out of a room and they talked and I was told I could come back tomorrow Saturday without and appointment. Not Today boys and girls.
